Review: The company called to re-schedule an appointment; however, I informed them that my dental benefits from a previous employer would run out before the time they wanted to re-schedule.
The dentist insists that I owe charges from missed appointments and keeps sending letters and calling.
I explained in return letters and telephone calls that someone there made a mistake, that I would have never re-scheduled in April due to benefits.
The dentist [redacted]) then threatened me with pursuit of retrieval.
I kept trying to explain that one of the staff there made some mistake, but she insisted they NEVER make mistakes.
I offered to provide phone records to show they called me, but she declined.Desired Settlement: zero balance due to their own mistake
