I ordered a dresser May 17th. Multiple inquiries and emails with no response, no tracking information. Finally saw an update that it was supposed to arrive July2. Nothing. Started chasing them. No response. They have my money and I have nothing! They don’t respond to anything.

This company is engaging in fraud and need to be stopped.

Luxe Decor is oneof the worst companies have ever done business with. Sham, takes money and doesn't ship most of the order.

Ordered and paid in April '20 over $10,000 for outdoor furniture. Delivery promised early July. Now it's August and when attempting to contact them they don't respond to emails for over a week, online chat is terminated during regular times saying 'contact us during working hours' and then when calling hold times over two hours with no resolution.

Finally did get an email back saying it was shipped here is tracking info, except the tracking was invalid! when pressed them again, they said "The manufacturer shipped your goods in late June to the wrong address so we are getting them to get it to you and here is the tracking info (which again did not work!)

The one thing we did get was the fire pit except the top broke right away, after months of back/forth a new top came which was the wrong color and size! So, all my client got was a defective fire pit and NO furniture from Tropitone.

My client backcharged the entire order with Visa and got a refund. Do NOT do business with this company.

Dealing with this company has been frustrating, disappointing and fraudulent. They have a professional website but are not professional in their customer service, {was but on hold for over 1 hour only to be told man in charge of finding out where my furniture was, was out to lunch & would call me back, no call back, } on line customer service was impossible, & so was live chat room. They charge your credit card right away for full amount. Table I ordered was on July 3. Delivery was in 1-2 weeks. Received e-mail that table was shipped July 21. I would receive on 23. Still no tablet. Called shipping company twice & they don't have it .They also were to check & call me back . No call back. Its July 29th . This company is BAD.

Luxe Decor is over two months late with thousands of dollars with of items and they will not respond to my questions or comments. Due to the fact that they have not held up their end and they are holding onto my money, I have asked for a reimbursement, but they continue to ignore me.

Luxe Decor is a sham! SUCKY customer service. Does NOT create or send merchandise when promised TOO long of a wait! Sat on hold with the customer service Chat over 45 minutes on two separate occasions to get information about my order and STILL did not get any information. Waited well over an hour on the phone then got disconnected. They just say they are a 3rd party vendor and cannot get details. I would NEVER recommend this company especially because the merchandise is very expensive. Treated like a 3rd class citizen at best. It's been 6 weeks and I still have no merchandise or information about getting it. They got one star because I HAD to choose one otherwise they would not get ANY stars.

The only answer phone & char for new orders. Charge your CC immediately and ship...maybe.

To start, I will never do business with the company again. Absolutely horrible service including a call from a so called mgr that doesn't exist. I ordered a TV console on Jan 3 2020. I hadn't heard from a delivery company in almost two weeks. I called Luxe Decor and they sent me an email with the shippers info. Wow, so I'm so supposed to do the leg work. I contacted Sun Delivery on Jan 13 and they informed me they didn't not have my phone numbers to schedule a delivery. several days later Sun left a msg with a delivery date. I called back several hours later and was told the truck is full already and they would have to reschedule. You only have one truck and I asked why wasn't I given a times span I must call back by in your msg.? Now it's the beginning of Feb. and still no rescheduled delivery date. I called Luxe again and told them to cancel the order. They called Sun and was told they called me on Jan 31st. Not so, no calls or msg on either line. Luxe put off the cancellation again. I called a few days later when I didn't receive a call and once again I told Luxe to cancel the order. They gave me a hard time and told I would be billed for over 400.00 to have Sun return the console back to Luxe's warehouse. I noted no where in your agreement does it state I must pay a shipping fee or restocking fee for returning a item from the shipper back to you. I told Luxe I will file a claim with the magistrate court. Well apparently that struck a nerve. Now here comes the phony mgr call. I receive a call from Shelwin Barnes on 2/6 stating he is so sorry for the inconvenience and he doesn't understand why his staff didn't inform him of the delivery problem. Shelwin insisted he would take care of the issues with Sun Delivery and have the console delivered this week. He also noted he would follow up with me tomorrow of which never happen. I called Shelwin at his number and extension on 2/5 and 2/6. I never received a return call. I can only assume his call was to appease me and not have me file a court case. Sun delivery finally delivered the console on 2/16. The delivery men were great however I will never purchase another product from LuxeDecor or have Sun Delivery ship an item

Tried to purchase table online received quote by email then went to buy it and company would not honor their quote. They said they made a mistake and refused to do the right thing and own up to it. I would never buy from them because if you have any issues whatsoever they obviously won’t stand behind their products and service!! Will follow up with Revdex.com complaint as well.

I do not know where to begin when it comes to this company....they are crooks. I purchased a fire pit, umbrella, and stand from this company on June 19, 2019. I decided against the fire pit and asked for my money back and there is were the nightmare begins. Now keep in mind this fire pit never left their warehouse. It took Luxe Decor from June 21-June 26 to verify they still had the fire pit and to issue a refund. So fast forward a month, August 7, 2019 the umbrella and stand gets delivered and the packaging is barley being held together by the tape the box was wrapped in. I refused shipment and the package was returned to Tressure Garden, which they received on August 14, 2019 at 2:06 P.M. Not one time did Luxe Decor contact me about my refund, it was not until I put a dispute in with Paypal someone even reached out. So, It's August 28, 2019 and they still have my money hung up, telling Paypal they already issued me a refund, but they have not. This company is horrible......spend a little more and purchase somewhere else. They will try anything to keep your money, even when they know they still have the product.

I ordered a Treasure Garden AG19 umbrella and base from Luxe Decor. Once set up, we found that the umbrella swings out of position in the slightest breeze. This is because the only thing keeping it from swinging is a small plastic clip that you tighten around the main pole. We double checked the assembly, watched the how-to videos on their site, and even called them to see if there was an additional piece we could buy to stop it from swinging. Alas, without a solution, all we could do is return it. "If you opened it, you can't return it," was their reply. "How was I supposed to know it would do this without opening it?" I told them. "Too bad," was basically their response. Even if I could return it, their policy would have cost me $60 to ship it back, and if they deemed it to be in "like new" condition, I would only have to pay an additional $118 restocking fee. Yay. If it wasn't "like new," they would ship it back to me and I'd be out the $60 shipping fee and stuck with a $850 umbrella I can't use. Needless to say I have a new appreciation for brick and mortar stores that have true customer service. I'd shop somewhere else, like Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Lowe's, Macy's, heck even Amazon, and save yourself the headache of dealing with Luxe Decor, who doesn't seem to care if the products they sell are of quality or not. If you decide to not heed my warning and order something from Luxe Decor anyway, you better pray you're going to want to keep it, because their terrible return policy and "customer service" means you're stuck with it.
