Einstein Bros Bagels

I had a meeting this morning at ***, next to Einstein BrosI pulled into *** parking lot and the spaces out front were full, so I drove around backThose were full tooAs neighboring businesses, Einstein and ***'s' parking lots are connectedThere was NO SIGNAGE to indicate I shouldn?t park in the adjoining lot ? nothing on the building, going from one lot into the other, marking the individual spaces, no barrier between the lots, etc? so I parked and went inLater, an Einstein employee walked into the Bakery with a list of cars, including mine, and asked if any were oursShe said, ?You need to move your car so they don?t boot it!? I thanked her, grabbed my keys, and before I got to the door she said,? Wait, never mind! You?re fineYou can leave it where it is!? (She was on the phone, seemingly with her manager.)

I went to Einstein Bros at about 4:00 pm to pickup a little something for myself and a cheese bagel for my wife as that was the main reason for my visit. I walked in and went straight over to the order register and waited well over 5 minutes and no one said a word to me. There were at least 4 people working and even someone right behind the counter next to the order register who wasn't doing very much but ignoring the fact that I was standing there. I waited and waited and finally a man came over and said he would be right with me. Instead of helping me he helped an old woman instead who of course purchased the last cheese bagel that they had. He continued to help her and said nothing else to me. By now it had been at least 10 minutes and so far I had not been properly greeted, didn't have any food, and was angry of the poor service that I was getting. I put the stuff down that I had in my hand and started walking out. The guy waiting on the old woman never said a word to me. He just let me go when he may of been able to take care of the problem but instead did nothing.Desired SettlementI would recommend firing all the employees working this day. They are terrible workers who could care less about the guest and giving out great customer service. They allowed me to stand there feeling unwelcomed and because of them I didn't get the bagel for my wife.
