Hi, I am responding to a notice I received from the Revdex.com about a complaint made by a guest from my restaurant about a [redacted] charge as fraud to his cardThe issue has been resolved with the customer but I wanted to make sure you are aware of what the situation wasUpon speaking with the customer again as he called our complaint line he came back in and we discounted him the [redacted] on his next purchaseWe also explained to him what happenedHe did come in on 6/Saturday and made a purchase for ***My cashier hit the wrong button when processing his card and only charged him the [redacted] as the is right above our Accept button to accept the cost to process the card after he had left when my cashier realized his mistake he cashed the rest of the ticket out and took the hit for the shortageSo of the [redacted] he only paid [redacted] for his purchaseSo this charge was not made fraudulently or unauthorized See Attached: [redacted]
