the tech is lying he promise to come back out and then after two three weeks of calling him he answered only because we call from a number he did not know that's when he made comments if he was never coming back out that he would not help us he would not give us a refund and he never put a computer chip inside the key to program the key right for it to start the car there's no chip in the key and that means that he never accommodated me with the service he promised $I received a kid it is not start the car at all he can unlock the doors and open the truck but it will not initiate a start that means the key has not been programmed a nap at the right program in the car at all the dealership said that the key would have to be ran off of a computer program plugged into the car he did not do this

I did perform services for this customerThey called me up saying a mechanic had taken their keyI came outThe engine had some nfinished work done to it Timing cover off Made a keyUsed correct blank with proper programming proceduresCar wouldn't start but green immobilizer
light went out indicating the key was revignized and programming successfulEverything wasworking as far as the key is concernedI stayed about minutes extra to help this guy with my flash light and let him use my tools.a couple of days later I get a call back saying the key doesnt workThey said a red light is flashingI then told her that only a green light would indicate the something is wrong with the keyThen I get a call minutes later and all of a sudden that red light turn into a green lightI initially agreed to come back out to check it comma but as soon as I thought it over and I put all the pieces together and I knew nothing was wrong with my key and I knew all the programming was perfectI've concluded either it was the previous work done on the car by the backyard mechanic or it was some work they had did in the few days since I had made a keyMy guess is they swapped out the ECU, and it no longer recognizes the keyand now they're trying to pin it on me or to have me fix their problemsThe last time the customer called me and I explained to them how I know for a fact I 100% did the job perfectly and that its some other reason they are having issues, he then called me a "*** *** ***" and threaten to show up at my workIn a nutshell, no refund because my job was dine right and I can get any locksmith in the world to verify it
