inept nurses who made my stay intolerable
on august 11th 2023 I was a patient in the emergency room for a bacterial infect.I was treated and was told to do a follow up at Patient First urgent care.they removed the plastic stem from my arm and issued me 40 pills ofclindamycin which the er doctor gave me also.on September 4th 2023 I was getting sicker from this antibiotic and researched about it.after reading the side effects in which I had a few I went back to Einstein Montgomery' emergency room.there they did bloodstains and an mai and admitted me as a patient in room 1434 where I had an incident on September 8th the same day I was admitted .2 nurse named Judy and Janice caused a scene because I asked for ice water, juice and to empty my urinal.they started yelling at me and made a scene where they kept yelling why dont I leave the hospital then another nurse who was at the desk across from my room yelled out why was I harassing her nurses and why dont I leave the hospital too.instead of descaling it and find out what was wrong she showed no logic and compassion as a nurse whatsoever.I told Dr Bal Subedi about the incident.he said that he would take care of it.Dr Bal Subedi and Diana V Sporici were instrumental in finding out and possibly curing me when they found that my calcium levels were high from my thyroid.from September 9th until I was released all of the other nurses treated me with dignity and compassion in which nurses are trained to do.pcn Marcia, david and another one whose name I didnt get but he was on duty on Friday the 9th of September.in fact all of the nurses after my incident was fantastic and they should be commended for it.in conclusion those 3 nurses I cited for that incident should be fired and given walking papers as they did not do their duties you would expect from your hospital.I can be reached at 2158068134 if you should need to contact me.this is my 3rd time at Einstein Montgomery and this is the first this alarming incident has happened to me.thank you

EMERGENCY VISIT
I ARRIVED AT EINSTEIN AT 4PM ON SEPT 21, 2022. MY DOCTOR SENT ME THERE FROM HIS OFFICE. I EXPLAINED TO KATE MY MEDICAL ISSUIES. SHE WAS BEING YELLED AT BY ANOTHER PATIENT.
I THEN WENT TO REGISTRATION TO MEET A PLEASANT LADY TO CHECK ME IN AND GOT ME A WHEELCHAIR FOR MY DISABLITY. SOON AFTERWARDS I WAS GOING INTO TO GET AN XRAY, AFTER COMING FROM XRAY I WAITED FOR MANY HOURS WITHOUT TREATMENT, I ASKED BOTH TEDDY AN KATE HOW MUCH LONGER BEFORE I SEE A DOCTOR, THEY BOTH SCREAMED AT ME TO WAIT. KATE WAS SO RUDE. I ASKED HER NOT TO BE RUDE TO ME, NO ONE WAS GOING INTO THE BACK TO SEE THE DOCTOR; KATE CAME TO ME SHORTLY AFTERWARDS TO TAKE ME OUT OF MY WHEELCHAIR FOR ANOTHER PATIENT, I REFUSED TO GIVE UP MY WHEELCHAIR. THEN I REALLY GOT PUNISHED AN TWO PATIENTS WAS TAKEN TO THE BACK THAT WAS BOUGHT IN AFTER ME, ONE WITH AN ARM ISSUE. I LEFT TO GO TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL, WHERE I WAS SEEN RIGHT AWAY TO DISCOVER I HAD AN THORACIC ANEURYSM AS WELL AS AN ABDOMINAL CONTUSION. BOTH SERIOUS ISSUIES. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HOSPITAL. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE TO STOP KATES NEGATIVE ATTITUDE.

2 great nurses who treated me excellently.should be noticed and rewarded
amber and pam as my nurses during my recent treatment and surgery were the best nurses I have ever dealt with.they treated me professional as a patient and superior as a person during my contacts with them.einstein should give them raises for their overall professionalism and service for their jobs as nurses.. if I should need to return to Einstein Montgomery I would want them to serve me as nurses again.if you dont know it but amber and Pams are the gems you have in patient care and should be rewarded.

I am responding to complaint ID [redacted] which I received on February 8, 2016. The complainant, [redacted] Ronald [redacted], claims that he was billed in appropriately for a procedure done at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery and that he was unable to contact the billing department to resolve the...

issue. In investigating Mr. [redacted]’s issues, I have learned the following. Mr. [redacted] underwent an ultrasound guided left anterior knee aspiration. He was billed for the procedure as an incision and drainage. We have asked our internal auditors to review his record and the billing procedure code that was used. We have affirmed that procedure code that was billed was the correct one to be used. When Mr. [redacted] was unable to contact the billing department, he did contact the Patient Advocate, Juanita Hill. Ms. Hill spoke with Mr. [redacted] and it was his request that we followup with your agency versus getting back in touch with him directly. Please let me know if you have any other questions.Sincerely,Beth D[redacted]Chief Operating Officer

Let me clarify Beth D[redacted]’s (COO) inaccuracies, lack of communication (internal and external) and follow-up.
The Revdex.com and I have found a consistent lack of response from Einstein. After leaving multiple voice messages (at times on a twice daily basis) with Patient Advocate, Juanita H[redacted]; one of which was a suggestion to go through the Revdex.com I contacted Einstein Medical’s Customer Service Rep. Michelle at ###-###-####. She was able to notify Juanita H[redacted] of my on-going voice messages. Later that day [redacted] called me and I provided the [redacted] case numbers again for follow-up. [redacted] thanked me for the information and acknowledged my past voice mail regarding contacting the Revdex.com. I spoke with [redacted] twice more since then.
The below statement from Beth D[redacted] is either a 100% complete lie or [redacted] neglected to tell her about my follow-up calls to her and Michelle.
"When Mr. [redacted] was unable to contact the b[redacted]ing department, he did contact
the Patient Advocate, Juanita H[redacted]. Ms. H[redacted] spoke with Mr. [redacted] and it was
his request that we follow-up with your agency versus getting back in touch with him
directly."
To sum up; I have made multiple phone calls, left voice message, emails, mailed letters, and made many visits to Einstein providing them information and documentation regarding [redacted] case numbers as well as the Revdex.com case. If I am at fault of anything, that would be over communication with Einstein. Bottom line is 2 years have gone by and Beth D[redacted] has not answered mine and [redacted] and [redacted] of MA original question, “Since there was no drainage…how you can charge for a service you did not perform?”
