I THEN WENT TO REGISTRATION TO MEET A PLEASANT LADY TO CHECK ME IN AND GOT ME A WHEELCHAIR FOR MY DISABLITY. SOON AFTERWARDS I WAS GOING INTO TO GET AN XRAY, AFTER COMING FROM XRAY I WAITED FOR MANY HOURS WITHOUT TREATMENT, I ASKED BOTH TEDDY AN KATE HOW MUCH LONGER BEFORE I SEE A DOCTOR, THEY BOTH SCREAMED AT ME TO WAIT. KATE WAS SO RUDE. I ASKED HER NOT TO BE RUDE TO ME, NO ONE WAS GOING INTO THE BACK TO SEE THE DOCTOR; KATE CAME TO ME SHORTLY AFTERWARDS TO TAKE ME OUT OF MY WHEELCHAIR FOR ANOTHER PATIENT, I REFUSED TO GIVE UP MY WHEELCHAIR. THEN I REALLY GOT PUNISHED AN TWO PATIENTS WAS TAKEN TO THE BACK THAT WAS BOUGHT IN AFTER ME, ONE WITH AN ARM ISSUE. I LEFT TO GO TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL, WHERE I WAS SEEN RIGHT AWAY TO DISCOVER I HAD AN THORACIC ANEURYSM AS WELL AS AN ABDOMINAL CONTUSION. BOTH SERIOUS ISSUIES. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HOSPITAL. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE TO STOP KATES NEGATIVE ATTITUDE.

I am responding to complaint ID [redacted] which I received on February 8, 2016. issue. In investigating Mr. [redacted]’s issues, I have learned the following. Mr. [redacted] underwent an ultrasound guided left anterior knee aspiration. He was billed for the procedure as an incision and drainage. We have asked our internal auditors to review his record and the billing procedure code that was used. We have affirmed that procedure code that was billed was the correct one to be used. When Mr. [redacted] was unable to contact the billing department, he did contact the Patient Advocate, Juanita Hill. Ms. Hill spoke with Mr. [redacted] and it was his request that we followup with your agency versus getting back in touch with him directly. Please let me know if you have any other questions.Sincerely,Beth D[redacted]Chief Operating Officer
Let me clarify Beth D[redacted]’s (COO) inaccuracies, lack of communication (internal and external) and follow-up.
The Revdex.com and I have found a consistent lack of response from Einstein. After leaving multiple voice messages (at times on a twice daily basis) with Patient Advocate, Juanita H[redacted]; one of which was a suggestion to go through the Revdex.com I contacted Einstein Medical’s Customer Service Rep. Michelle at ###-###-####. She was able to notify Juanita H[redacted] of my on-going voice messages. Later that day [redacted] called me and I provided the [redacted] case numbers again for follow-up. [redacted] thanked me for the information and acknowledged my past voice mail regarding contacting the Revdex.com. I spoke with [redacted] twice more since then.
The below statement from Beth D[redacted] is either a 100% complete lie or [redacted] neglected to tell her about my follow-up calls to her and Michelle.
"When Mr. [redacted] was unable to contact the b[redacted]ing department, he did contact
the Patient Advocate, Juanita H[redacted]. Ms. H[redacted] spoke with Mr. [redacted] and it was
his request that we follow-up with your agency versus getting back in touch with him
directly."
To sum up; I have made multiple phone calls, left voice message, emails, mailed letters, and made many visits to Einstein providing them information and documentation regarding [redacted] case numbers as well as the Revdex.com case. If I am at fault of anything, that would be over communication with Einstein. Bottom line is 2 years have gone by and Beth D[redacted] has not answered mine and [redacted] and [redacted] of MA original question, “Since there was no drainage…how you can charge for a service you did not perform?”
