We have attempted several times to contact the guest to correct the issue and have not been able to talk to him personally or has he called us back. The plan is to collect the information we need from the purchase and we will refund/credit his credit card, for the purchase

We have made several attempts to reach the complainant and have not been successful to talk to him. We would like to talk to him, to collect what we will need, to refund him for the purchases. He can contact us at *** to address this issue

To whom it may concern, We have emailed and called the guest and advised her that we would provide her a gift card for $25 if she provided her home address, she never got back to us so we emailed her a digital gift card on 9/18 instead.  We will consider this complaint closed.   Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I would like to at least receive the $50 gift card before marking this complaint as resolved.  I did in fact have communication with the company on January 22nd.  It will be two weeks this Monday, February 5th, and I still have yet to receive the gift card.

To whom it may concern, We connected with the customer via phone on 1/22 and email and have resolved the matter.  We apologized and she accepted a $50 gift card to help satisfy the inconvenience.  Gift card was mailed with return receipt.  No further action is required and...

Tell us why here...Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because I have been calling and e-mailing Noah's Bagels since May 2016...constantly...at least 25 phone calls and 10 to 15 emails. NOONE...I REPEAT...NOONE WOULD HELP ME. FINALLY GUEST SERVICES TOLD ME I COULD KEEP CALLING EVERYDAY BUT NOONE IS GOING TO CALL ME BACK OR DO ANYTHING TO FIX MY PROBLEM....SO NO!...THEIR $25 GIFT CARD IS NOT Good ENOUGH. AFTER MY WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY DUE TO THEIR FALSE ADVERTISING AND INADEQUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE,  I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANYTHING EVER AGAIN AT ANY NOAHS BAGELS location so they can send me CASH!!! THEY CAN REFUND THE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS I HAVE SPENT AT THE NOAHS BAGELS  NEXT DOOR TO MY JOB...AND I MAKE AN EXTRA EFFORT TO TELL ALL OF MY CO-WORKERS AND EVERYONE ELSE I KNOW TO NEVER GO TO NOAHS BAGELS.Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: I sent my response earlier, but the business rejected my request for refund. I donated the items in question. Please keep my complaint on file for others to see and realize this business does not value patrons or refund gift cards and/or purchases when they pull up roots and run from town in the middle of the night.  Case closed with the response I figured I would get from the company and the Revdex.com.
