I called back and spoke to *** [redacted] the real owner of EIS and he and I came to a conclusion that he will not sue me and I will not sue him I will also not pursue anything else against them with the Revdex.com So I agreed My lawyer would like to see something even two sentences from their company that they will drop this issue and not pursue payment or go to court It is too bad [redacted] never called me because he sounded as if he did not know what his employees were doing So this is good news and after they sent their response we can put this to bed Thanks for your help in this matter, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted] The response from the company is true we are hoping that work will begin in January We are waiting on a permit I would like to be able let Revdex.com know if all the work has been completed to my satisfaction The problem is not completely resolved as no work has been done nor anything completed Staying in contact with me has certainly been a plus

***-First and foremost, we would like to apologize that there has been miscommunication and that this has become such a frustrating situation for youWe try to provide exemplary service to all of our customers and do the best that we can to finish jobs in a timely, and professional manner.We have looked into this matter and wanted to address several of your statements and concerns [redacted] was a sales person who dealt with your claim and is no longer with our company, in fact he stopped working with us in February of while we were still working on your claimWe did reach out to him to find out the reasoning behind the use of a digital contractHe has stated that he went over everything with you via phone and then sent you a digital copy of the contract per your direction, so that he didn’t have to make a three hour round trip for the signingWe do sign contracts in this manner frequently when the home owner is busy or far awayHe did acknowledge that the supplement was done before the signing of your contract as per a discussion with you and your mother stating that you had asked to see what supplements the insurance company was willing to give before an actual contract was signed.We do have copies of the insurance paperwork that you gave to [redacted] on 9/21/and our system does time and date stamp all document uploadsIt is not illegal for us to supplement without contract when the homeowner has given us these documentsWe do, however, apologize if this caused frustration for you.We did give you an upgrade on your roof to a [redacted] *** shingles which are a class four shingle free of chargeAs far as not charging the deductible, it’s actually illegal for [redacted] companies to do thisWe often will offer to give clients a referral credit or something of the like for positive reviews etcHowever, at this time, you have only paid $9,of the contracted $17,job that we performedWe are unable to offer any type of credits when payment has not been made.We do acknowledge that some mistakes that were made during construction, which does happen from time to time, we are, after all only humanHowever, as is protocol, we fixed all of those mistakesWhen the door was broken, we replaced it with a new door as well as the trim with like in kindWhen the gutters were not to your standards we sent our team back out to fix the issues.With regard to the plastic [redacted] , we told you that this would not be covered by your insuranceIt was cheap plastic that could be purchased easily at *** *** [redacted] spoke with you and your mother regarding this and offered to cover the expense out of our pocket to upgrade that roof to the R panel gauge metal roof rather than the cheap plasticThis was agreed upon and we proceeded at our cost to fix thisI apologize that you don’t like that the home is darker now, but you signed off on this upgrade and didn’t pay for itWe have sent teams out time and again to repair each issue that you stated that you hadEvery time that we reached out to you for payment on the remaining balance due on the work we have performed, and for you to sign our COS and let us take photos, you would list some new issueThe incident with [redacted] where you state that he lost his temper was one of these instancesYou stated that you did not like the way that the paint looked on your siding and wanted new sidingHowever, we had previously warned you that you had older siding and may not look great with the color which you selected, and that your insurance company was not paying for new sidingYou asked us to move ahead and we didWhen you were unhappy with the results you refused payment until we replaced it with new siding at our costI apologize if there was a rude tone or frustrations expressedHowever, we do hope that you can understand that this is not how business is conductedYou hired us to a do job which we did and then have refused payment time and againWith regard to your statements that EIS Colorado does not have a license with Pikes Peak Building Department, this is untrueOur Pikes Peak Contractor ID is Contractor ID: ***We would be happy to provide you with further credentials if you would likeYour permit was actually pulled by a subcontractor who we worked with on your project for the roof, [redacted] As our people were not actually doing the re [redacted] due to the busy season and the fact that your home is an hour and a half away from our home office, they assistedWe in no way want to bully you and have tried time and again to resolve these issues with you and your mother so that we can close this claim and process payment on this fileWe would love the opportunity to come out and get the final photos and documents needed, as we have tried to do several times nowThe lien process is how we are able to collect on our jobs in situations where a homeowner does not cooperate with payment after all work is completedAnd while we never want to go this route we do need to recover our costsEven with full payment on this job we will have lost money on this projectWe want to see resolve in this and hope that you do as wellThank you for reaching out and voicing your concerns, we look forward to putting these issues to bed
