$plus taxA copy of the sales slip is included.We have done service calls on the range1st call was 9/1/for carbon monoxide red tagOur service technician went to home and checked range for excessive COThe range maxed out at PPM which is standard for a gas range -there was nothing wrong with range.2nd call was 10/17/for a gas leak supposedly red tagged againOur technician went to home and did fix a gas leak in the burner valve.Both of these calls said they were red tagged from the gas company, but when our service technician showed at the house there was no red tag and the gas was not shut offThe gas company will shut off the gas to the range if red tagged and the service technician must bring back tag and attach to service slip that it was repaired.I now see that on your complaint that the customer is saying it is red tagged for carbon monoxideThe customer never called us to make a complaintAll gas ranges will have a CO presence in the air because it is a no vented applianceThat is why it says in the manual not to heat your house with a gas rangeIt also says on a home CO detector instructions not to place them in the kitchen so many feet from the rangeClothes dryers, water tanks and Furnaces are vented to the outside removing the CO from the airAll gas ranges will have a CO presence in the air because they are not ventedEvery time the burner comes on and burns gas CO is created.I would send another technician out to look at range for the customer but at this time I would believe there is nothing wrong with the rangeI also do not understand where the customer says they purchase the range for $400.00Sincerely,Rege A*** Appliance Warehouse *** *** *** *** ** *** ***
