My husband and I went to the hotel for days in June for a 'rally' that was going on with a group that my husband is a part ofThe room we stayed in was somewhat clean at least tolerable untilwhen someone above us took a shower the water would back up in our shower with BLACK stuff When we personally took a shower we were ankle deep in water Clearly a problem I called the front desk multiple times during our stay I was told that "we take our water problems seriously and will get maintenance to take a look at it and fix it" upon our departure nothing was done not even "can we put you in another room"Upon check out, I requested a refund for the room stay the clerk at the desk stated that she had no notes nor did the manager have anything about my troubles for our stayUpon my return home, I was able to finally talk to the manager of the hotel, he was sorry for my troubles, we spoke of a refund and he stated he would get back to me in a day or two That was over a month ago I am asking for a full refund and still waiting for it That isn't too much to ask I have called the manager every day for the past week and he apparently is never in I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone If the manager had just responded to me and had worked with me on some type of monetary fix The negative review wouldn't have happened

Dear Revdex.com,This letter is in regards to a concern submitted on September 10, with an ID number of [redacted] .It is accurate that we had issues with our pool pump busting and flooding a small portion of the Eisenhower HotelAll guests staying in that area were contacted via by calling there room number or the phone number they booked the reservation withThe guest in this said case was offered to be movedThis is generally our first step in resolving issues with roomsThe guest never returned to the desk for any assistance after being offered to moveAt checkout guest wanted refunded for there stav, nobody other than the owner of the hotel is authorized to give a discount and per our policy if a guest refuses the offer to resolve the issue we would not give a discount, understand the guest was upset, they began yelling and making a scene in the lobby, and were asked to leave once we were finished with check outThe husband came back inside a few minutes later and began making a scene again until this front desk manager stated she would have him removed.The guest did sign at checkout indicating they agree to pay the amount indicated on the balance due portion of the invoice.Thank You,Lisa S

The response stated that we were notified of the flooding in our hotel room via phone, however we were notWe also had to complain several hours after the incident for there to even be an offer to move rooms, and the room they suggested was still in the same hall in which there were inches of standing waterAdditionally, the letter says that we caused a scene in the lobby, but made no mention of the fact that the manager on duty at the time was extremely rude to us and dismissive of our concernsWe had a bad experience with the condition and customer service of the hotel and continue to be unhappy with their response to our concerns.

Review: I visited this location as a part of a weekend getaway. The establishment had bed bugs in both rooms that I was assigned to ([redacted] & [redacted]) there was severe water damage leaking from the roof/ ceiling on to my luggage, there was no hot water in my room, there was only one working light bulb in the room, the bathroom tiling kept falling into the tub while I attmpted to bathe in the luke/ cold water. the linen was not fresh, even the replacement linen seemed worn and unclean. there were visible signs of bedbugs, they were crawling on the headboard and on the the mattres from the box spring. I complained about the room, I was then relocatedm to another room which reeked of mildew, the sheets were dirty, there was not heat in this room. The water was a little warmer than the first room, but not hot. there was water damage all over the room, the carpet was wet from flooding. I was so displease and uncomfortable with the room, I contacted the events coordinator who planed the trip, she explained to me that she was only reaponsible for complaints about the events, and that the hotel is responsible for the lodging complaints. I explained to her that I did complain and that I showed her the bite marks on my legs from being bitten by the bugs that must have been overlooked in the new room that I was assigned to. She redirected my complaints and concerns to the 2 Mangagers that were available Mr. [redacted] and [redacted], their voice of reason was that I would have to complain to their corporate office which they had no information on (they claimed the computer was down) I expressed to them that I spent alot of money oj this trip for the weekend and that that vass majority of the payment went to the lodging and that I she be considered for a refund for the injuries of the bites, the cold showers, the uncleanliness of the room etc. not to mention this hotel was so filthy that I did not feel comfortable with eating there, so I had to purchase food off site for the duration of my (all Inclusive) stay. besides I had no additional funding to relocate to a new lodging location (hotel).Desired Settlement: I would like are refund and to see a mandatory renovation done at this site. I was charger $82.00 per night, I lodged Friday February 7-9
