It was confirmed by the Desert Orthopedic Nurse that the patient brought in his own medications for dates of service 12/12/2014, 12/19/2014, 12/23/2014, and 2/17/2015.? The refund of $2,for all accounts is in processing and will be part of the next check run.? He should see his refund with mailing and processing time by the end of May.? You contacted ***, in our billing department, who pulled it from collections in August, 2016.? On October 3rd, after speaking to [redacted] , she mailed you a statement and breakdown of costs and monies paid.? On October 5th, you paid the balance from your credit card? I would like to thank you for your recent payment, concluding the balance owing from 11/4/ Please know, we have made several changes in our billing department, so the frustration you encountered should be resolved?
