I bought a 2012 Silverado on 3/20/18 and was assured by the salesman that in fact everything in the truck worked properly, on 3/22/18 I try to roll down the passenger window and you guessed it it's not working, I called them up and they tell me it was sold as-is, and the best they could do is diagnose the problem for me, this is unacceptable since I was assured be the salesman that there was no need, I have bought vehicles from them in the past and will never purchase another EVER. So don't not go by what the salesman tell you, there just going to tell what they need to too get you to buy it.

Review: I bought a 2002 Chevy 2500 pick-up truck. I went to the salesman because I knew him and thought I would give him the business and I thought I could trust him. The truck was purchased as is. I have found out after having bought the pickup less than 2 weeks and not even having made a payment on it, that BOTH side view mirror motors were not working. I used the pickup on 6/21/13 to pull my RV trailer camping (6/21-6/24).I took it back in on 6/27/13. The salesman knew that I bought this pickup only for pulling my RV trailer. Eisinger agreed to have the service department look at the pickup on 6/28/13. They determined that the pickup needed new mirror motors for BOTH side mirrors, at a cost of $600 to me. After this. I have called my salesman and left messages on his voicemail, but he hasn't returned my calls. I feel that they probably knew that these mirror motors were not working and just hoped to sell it that way. I can believe that one of the mirrors could have stopped working after I bought it, but BOTH?? I don't believe so. I think that they saw a woman who wanted a pickup and thought that they could put one over on my lack of experience. I would like them to replace the mirror motors so I may use my mirrors as they were intended to be used.Desired Settlement: I would like both side view mirror motors replaced.

We have spoken with the customer and agreed to a resolution. The vehicle was purchased as is, but Eisinger Motors has agreed to repair the mirrors as a goodwill to the customer.

Review: On February 19, 2014 I requested an online quote from [redacted] for a 2015 GMC HD2500 Denali. After waiting several days with inadequate response, I called and spoke to Mr. [redacted] on February 22 about my quote. He advised me that he had worked with his online sales manager the day before and it came at a price below other dealerships that I had made inquiries of. I asked if they had all the options included in the price and he told me the MSRP for the vehicle was somewhere around $65,000. Well he was right about the MSRP so I assumed they had everything I wanted. On February 24 I received the written quote from the salesman with the price Mr. [redacted] quoted and a sheet identifying the truck I wanted with all the options. I responded that I would go with their quote and was requested to provide them with my credit card information for a $500.00 deposit, which I gave them.

A few days ago I saw they had a similar truck being shipped to them and inquired if I could buy that instead of what I ordered. The salesman said no problem and since it had fewer options I would save money. Later that day he provided me with a new quote for the vehicle and it was in the range of $3,000.00 more than the vehicle I ordered. I emailed back wondering why it was more. The salesman emailed back that they had deducted incentives from the original quote which were no longer in place. I responded the 2015 never had any purchase incentives only the 2014 that they are trying to get rid of. I also emailed them that I was upset that they now were using deceptive business practices, after I had previously purchased three other vehicles from them, and I would file a complaint and consult an attorney.

I asked them to perform as agreed to, but have thought it over and want nothing from them. I have decided that I won't purchase another vehicle from them and will instead buy the truck elsewhere, but I think others should know about their deceptive sales practices.Desired Settlement: Warn other potential customers of what can happen.

Review: A [redacted] remote car starter was part of our purchase negotiation. When making the appointment for installation, my wife states the dealer says [redacted] no longer makes a remote starter, and they will install an aftermarket product. The [redacted] website indicates that they are available ([redacted] brand)Desired Settlement: Stop lying and install the purchased [redacted] brand remote starter

Response:

[redacted] purchased a 2013 [redacted] from Eisinger [redacted] here in Kalispell. I checked with all involved at the dealership and Mr. [redacted] did in fact request a [redacted] brand remote start at the time of sale. Unfortunately there is not one available from [redacted]. I double checked all the accessory information from [redacted], checked the [redacted] web site, verified with another [redacted] Dealership and found that there was not a [redacted] brand remote start kit available for a 2013 [redacted]. [redacted] does list remote start kits for most [redacted] models, but not all.

When their accessory department went to order the remote start kit from [redacted], and found out that there was none available from [redacted] for a 2013 [redacted], we gave the [redacted] a comparable option from an alternate source and this kit was installed for them.

We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding created by us.

Mr. [redacted], we would really like if you could stop by or contact us so we can resolve this issue to your satisfaction. We appreciate your business very much and in no way want you to feel that we were not 100% upfront with you on your options for a remote start
