This company is impossible to get ahold ofI would highly discourage you from having to go through doing business with them :( the cushions I orders were fade after weeksI tried to order rplavment covers and they charged my credit card but never sent themI've sent multiple requests for an update with no answer to email or on the phone

I ordered patio furniture from here and the furniture is fine, however it came with the wrong color cushions I have contacted customer service by e-mail and by phone dozens of times over the past year and they said they would send me out new slip covers to rectify the situation and they never send them This happens over and over again (when I finally get a response from customer service after months of trying) It took my furniture a very long time (past expectation to ship) and now I have been trying for well over a year to get my order rectified It has consumed a ton of my time and still to no avail I ordered a darker color purposefully b/c I have small children and did not want it to look dirty or stained, however they sent me a light color and have not rectified it over a year later I can only hope they read and rectify the situation [redacted] is still waiting for dark grey slip covers, please help! I'm extremely disappointed and exhausted from this process

I found about this company from a family friend that purchase through *** and had a barbecue party where I saw this nice beautiful patio setI call them and they advise me that the delivery will take longer because of the high volume of sales and this is the only reason why my review is not The carrier call weeks later to schedule the delivery and they where real nice to take it to our backyardWe enjoy all summer on it and still looks like newI recommend this company

I don't leave a lot of reviews cause I don't have time for that - only if I am really happy or really disappointed and want to warn othersDON'T order from this company! I ordered a piece set through their website since they had some '4th of July weekend sale' and it was cheaper than through ***Ordered on July 7th and the latest shipment date was August 15thAs that date approached, I sent several emails and left voice mails (nobody ever answered the phone) to check the delivery status - both went unansweredFinally got a hold of someone through their website chat feature on August 15th, the last promised shipment dateWas told that shipment would go out later that day with tracking info but nothing happened, not even days later and the chat feature was 'away'Did some research on the company - several negative incidents with Revdex.com, as you can see here, and they're not even accredited with Revdex.comUduka also goes by Outdoorvilla and their main business address is a tiny house in a residential area in Houston, not some warehouse or business location as one would expectI didn't file a complaint with Revdex.com since I was able to charge everything back on my credit card and I ordered the same set through a different seller on ***, Ohana CollectionThe furniture arrived in week and it's perfect! Please don't make the same mistake and order from someone who has lots of great reviews!

I have had nothing but problems with UDUKA I ordered furniture last March and it came in May I had two damaged pieces, sent pictures to company and they said they would get right on it and replace two pieces I tried for several months to get them to respond to me One lucky day I got to chat with LILY on their website She was so helpful, sorry I had problems, etc etc Fool that I am I ordered three more pieces so that they would come with two replacement pieces Well that was in August and here it is Oct Nothing I did get thru to LILY the other day via email and once again apologizes but nothing has changed They certainly had no problem taking my credit card number and running it thru the same day Since I have no confidence I emailed them and told them to cancel my order and refund my money to my credit card Guess what??? total silence I am now going to try and go through my credit card company and see if they can refund my money, not sure how that would work, but I have nothing to loose at this point

Uduka's products started to fall apart, when contacted company they first refused to acknowledge then after several calls they agreed that I should pay about one-half of the cost to replace two items, even though still under warranty. After giving credit card, only choice I had, they claimed it was denied, after calling am ex, they said NEVER HAPPENED. CALLED THEM AGAIN AND NO ANSWER TO PHONE, advised [redacted] to drop them
do not buy from this company
