purchased package, she was aware of all aspects of her event & signed documentation that she is happy with everything. She is more than welcomed to call & schedule an appointment to meet with our management to discuss any issue she might have. We have a signed strict contractual agreement with all involved parties in regards to her complaint. Please have her call to schedule a meeting with management to discuss her requests.

I have attempted to make appointments with [redacted] and have consistently been told to do so when I picked up my package. When I Informed [redacted] when my husband and I were available to pick up our package, his response was "Good morning [redacted],
Please call our package production department at XXX-XXX-XXXX to schedule your appointment to pick up this week or you can also schedule an appointment for a meeting with you photographer but that has to be done in August sometime. Thanks."
Per the "contract" If I waited to pick up my package in August to meet with them I would have to pay a fee "Appointments may be scheduled Monday through Friday, from 11 am to 6 pm. We do not do pick up appointments on Saturdays. Your package must be picked up within 30 days of this email or there will be additional storage fees applied to your package. Thank you and we hope to see you soon."
I did not want to have to pay a fee for something that I already paid for. Just because I signed off on receiving my package did not mean that I was happy and Mr. [redacted] was fully aware of this. I find it unacceptable to have to wait until August 2015 to try and resolve something that happened in 2014.
So again, I have attempted to make the appointment and I keep getting pushed off. The way this company operates to complaints is ridiculous. I am also going to claim ignorance to anything in the contract because when I asked for a copy of the contract I only received the 1st page and therefore an not attest to anything else but the fact that Eivans has to right to take my money if not all of my deposit was paid, which it was. We paid for a service that did not live up to its own side of the contract. Why did the photographer drink at our wedding? Why was the videographer given the wrong address? Why was our album wrong the first time? Why was the album also late the first time? All of these issues were expressed prior to picking up the package and then we were told appointments couldn't be made. So what is the point of me calling when I keep getting push back on making an appointment?

We attempted to call [redacted] to schedule am meeting 2 days ago & we are still waiting to hear from her. Per our contractual agreements, we cannot accommodate her request unless we conduct a meeting with both the photographer & videographer especially when we have signed documentation that the event was completed & that the client was satisfied with everything.
A simple documented meeting with management will answer all questions and insure client is satisfied.
