The way this scenario played out is not what was described in EJ's responseHe did not, at any point, inform me I had the option to bring the dress back to him after I picked it upHe never said how long he was even leaving the country forI had to pick up the dress that day, end of storyThere were three distinct issues with the dress: the straps needed additional adjustment, the fabric around the zipper needed taken in, and the bustle was done completely wrong (this was confirmed by the new tailor I took it to (who by the way said based on the quality of work we should get our money back)The entire process felt rushed because he was leaving the countryEJ failed to deliver the service I paid forHe was extremely rude when we (my fiance and I) approached him about the issueMy fiance spoke to him over the phone initially and never once raised his voiceEJ kept going on about his reputation but would not discuss the issue at handHe even went as far as saying his "work is so good customers don't need a second fitting"And like I said in the initial complaint, he began screaming and stomping his feet that we were making this issue "about his mother"I never once mentioned his motherThat's when my fiance began recording the incident on his phone because EJ was infuriated and seemed unstableI am disgusted by his behavior and feel like I should be reimbursed in full
