Review: As a long-time Stickley furniture customer (since the 1980's, and having owned $60,000.00 worth of Stickley furniture), the past two years have been a nightmare regarding furniture that I purchased and am having repaired. The order is still incomplete (going on since March 2012) and the products are still not repaired, nor the initial order filled. The quality of customer service has been null and void in the White Plains store. My wife and I have been dealing directly with the store manager and have not yet been satisfied. We have visited the store 5 times in the past year in attempt to retrieve our furniture and pillows, and have called over 10 times in the past 2 months and only are able to leave voice messages. For the price we have paid for our furniture we expect better service. We believe the quality of the furniture has decreased which is unfortunate. Customer service in this store is lacking in every department! We question if the product has even been ordered, and we strongly feel we have been mislead over and over. What a disgrace.Desired Settlement: We would like the furniture that is damaged to be replaced, we would like a refund on the monies we paid out since we have not had the furniture in our home for almost 2 years. We would like honest answers and immediate action!
