E&J contractor service

The contractor was not reliable as they assured would be. They did not professionally respond nor follow-through and attend to an acute recurring bathroom to ceiling leak issue when they were notified as this was related to their labor and it is in their warranty for interior work that they would address issues within a year. The primary hiring manager did not evaluate the issue properly nor provide any remedy or remuneration if they could not diagnose nor resolve it with their remodeling and plumbing. They leave customers who invested time, money and months in ‘good faith’ in their labor and contractor services stranded. Main project manager doesn’t focus on quality of the work vs. focused on collecting money and tried to obtain additional money for interior work that was not in the base contract without a full disclosure of any additional fees before work upfront and in writing within their contract first to make the customer aware of costs before proceeding. Contractor did not have a quality assurance checklist nor plan In place to make sure their work is properly completed and that there are no remaining issues left for the customer to deal with and that’s bad when one invests in them vs. other contractors
