Good morning ***,I’m sorry I did not see the first email you sent concerning complaint ***The business has seemed to have gone thru multiple property managers and in order to maintain a clean image to the public, Ray Brown’s property manager had claimed ignorance concerning the case, which could be sincere as she is new and not the manager who signed my security deposit release. However, I also had my lawyer contact them and had to switch lawyers for a stronger pursuit of my deposit, and within days of their claim of ignorance, I received my deposit in the mailSo, I believe it is just a ploy to maintain face for the public. No, I am not satisfied because this company claims negligence or ignorance each chance they get to provide poor service to their customers, especially African Americans and people of color! The case can remain closed, but the public deserves to know this prior to a rental agreement!I would appreciate you informing me that you received this email and a quick response on what decisions will be made to inform the public of this companyThey DO NOT deserve an +A rating from Revdex.com. In response to [redacted]'s concern, The issues that [redacted] have reported occurred before I became the new property Manager in January of 2018.I have not received any voice messages, emails or correspondence from [redacted] since my employment with Riverchase Apartments.Our maintenance staff...

clarified to me that [redacted]'s maintenance issues in his apartment were addressed after he reported them and fixed prior to his move out date.  The ceiling fan was replaced and the air conditioning unit was repaired. I was also informed of a mattress replacement that we provided and paid for to [redacted] due to damage that he reported. [redacted] left the premises 30 days prior to his Lease end date which was, September 30, 2017. As stated in his signed Kentucky Lease page 6 under "Breach by Lessee".* In the event that the apartment is abandoned or otherwise vacated before the lease expiration date, Resident will be assessed a lease abandonment fee, forfeit security deposit, and additional charges for maintenance, painting, carpet and cleaning fees.
