EJ Simms Funeral Services II

This funeral director charged me above what her GPL says she would charge for items part of a funeral service, She divorced herself from the actual work to make the funeral successful. She double billed me for certain items, did not provide the requested special ordered 31.5 wide casket only provided a 29" casket but charged me for a showroom casket. I paid for flowers as a cash advance item yet she did not provide the actual receipt, I was forced to take a vault (it was required) but was not given the actual receipt or the book to order one that I wanted, She tried and did over charge me for the use of the church when the church only charges $550.00 she charged $650.00. I paid of the use of the $650.00 the GPL says she can only charge me $575.00. She charged me $800.00 for flowers and I requested NO CARNATIONS - I got carnations. I paid $375.00 for 100 programs with misspelled words, and had to nearly fight with her to get her involved after many attempts with her designed to give me what I wanted and was paying for. When she was contacted she said : you kept me out of the loop now you handle it", I had to keep reminding her that this is her business. The morning of the funeral the limo show up 30 minutes late because she did not give them the location I have given her, Had she read my text from the night before and the text from her assistant this would not have happened. She kept telling me she was not going to read or respond to my text messages. As the business owner she being paid I feel information related to the funeral she had to respond to. Many things happened like she over charged me for the church, charged me for a church set up, charged me of basic services which included staff, charged me and additional charge for staff would not allow me to use my own hairdresser, Would not allow me to order my own casket. Made rude comments about the VERY EXPENSIVE outfit provided, She said with anger "WHY WOULD YOU PEOPLE PUT A BLACK DRESS ON HER" . She refused to provide a GPL until I reminded her its the law. At the funeral I paid for her to have staff greet and escort the mourners into the church, this was the minister that sat until it was his time to speak inside the sanctuary. It was a horrible experience. By the way the address on her GPL and the address online where her phantom funeral home is don't match. They don't match because the location in Brooklyn online does not exist as her funeral home and she is not registered out of the many locations for EJ Simms funeral home. The name that appears on her GPL is *** EJ SIMMS FUNERAL ***, My contract with Ms. S reflects: *** K.Robinson EJ SIMMS Funeral Consultant Service inc., ***.
I feel this is a scam to avoid doing the right thing.
