This customer did indeed send the same complaint to our offices on July 22, and was asked to follow the return policy posted on both doors and the drive thru windowOur Famous Recipe chicken is cooked in a sealed cooker that can't be
opened before completion and the internal temperature of the product is set higher than Health DeptstandardsUndercooked chicken is a serious concernIf the customer received such product it would be imperative that it be returned to the store for examinationOften customers will think that the chicken is undercooked because the marinade does turn the meat pink, some pieces more than othersWithout the returned product, there is little we can do to address the issue
