E.J.'s Mobile Marine

Review: I contracted E.J.s Mobile Marine to shrink wrap my boat. This is a protective plastic film that encloses and seals the boat. I paid extra to have an access door installed. During installation of the door they found the door was defective and all the seams opened up. This prevented the closing of the door leaving a 2 ft by 3 ft opening. They told me they did not have another door with them and they would be back the following week to replace the door. They never returned to replace the door. I tried numerous times to phone them, but I always had to leave a message, they never returned my call.Desired Settlement: My claim is not just for the $30.00 for the door, but for 1/3 of the job since the boat is not sealed. $130.54
