Review: My home was built in 1990. I had no roof problems or leaks but had the original roof replaced as it was approaching it's useful life. Between June 9-13, 2008 **s Roofing removed the old shingles ans replaced the entire roof including felt paper, ice guard, drip edge, flashing, solar tube with LIFETIME shingles, 5 YEARS LABOR.

With the exception of a leak around the solar tube which was repaired on July 31, 2008 the first two years were trouble free. In the summer of 2010, I noticed two areas where my attic roof was dripping water. ** responded quickly and repaired the leaks. At that time he was told that my porch ceiling also drips water but only occasionally, not during every rain. He briefly inspected the area in question but did not find anything needing correction.

After repeated voice mail messages left over a period of months concerning this irratic issue ** finally responded on October 13, 2011. He applied caulk.

On January 20, 2013 a voice mail message was left advising that the porch ceiling issue had worsened. The aluminum porch ceiling was sagging from water, near collapse and that the ceiling light fixture would not function.. ** did not respond. Voice mail messages were left without any reply or response from him on the following dates:

4/1/13, 5/29/13, 7/15/13, 9/30/13, 10/18/13, 10/22/13, 10/28/13, 10/29/13, 10/30/13 and 11/11/13. On 11/14/13 ** showed up unannounced and applied more caulk.

On 12/19/13 a voice mail message was left advising that the caulk he applied the previous month did not solve the problem. No reply or response.

On 7/13/14 a voice mail message was left that the porch ceiling was dripping after a recent rain. No response or reply.

On 12/3/14 ** was sent a text msg and on 12/5/15 another voice mail. No reply. Correspondence was mailed on 12/12/14 in hopes of spurring some action. No reply. On 5/16/15 a certified letter was mailed to **s Roofing & Siding. It was returned to me on 6/4/15 as unclaimed. The correspondence was remailed First Class on 6/5/15. No response or reply to this date.

My calls to ** Roofing go to voice mail. I am totally frustrated by his lack of reply and reponse to my voice and text messages and correspondence.Desired Settlement: I am concerned about possible structural damage under my shingles. This irratic problem has existed since year 2 and has not been solved by two applications of caulk over the past 7 years. ** has never responded when the problem was occuring and only made a top surface examination when he did respond.

I merely want the irratic water problem in my porch ceiling repaired, area examined for structural damage and repairs made if required. This issue began in year 2 of a 5 year labor warranty (Lifetime shingles) and has been ongoing.
