[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did not attack the employee neither verbally or physicallyThe employee ( [redacted] ) and her male coworker both berated and repeatedly accused me of being rudeThere is nothing inappropriate or abusive about defending myself against accusations of rudenessThe employee mounted a scene over a simple refund requestI have requested many refunds in my life, never was I treated so poorly and so disrespectfully in my lifeAny reasonable person would be upset about being disrespectedI never once said a profane word to herAll I did was decline troubleshooting assistance and request a refund so that I could leave the storeThat request triggered a verbal assault on my character in which she repeatedly accused me of being rudeI asked for a refund multiple times only to be met with "You are very rude" over and over againIt was a completely unreasonable conversation with [redacted] She called the police because I refused to leave without a refundI was mortified and disturbed by the experienceI am law abiding citizen, a veteran of he US military, Master's of Education, and I work for the governmentI had no reason to be rudeAll I wanted was a refund and for the store representative to attend to my primary reason for entering the store (a refund), which she did not doThe person who was rude was the store representativeA situation that should have been a simple refund turned into a nightmare where the store representative verbally abused my character and called the police on me because I refused troubleshooting assistance and did not want to leave the store without a refundShe clearly does this kind of thing on a regular basisShe has the police officer on speed dial on her private mobile phoneHe arrived within minutes of her phone callI have a right to refuse troubleshooting assistanceRefusing troubleshooting assistance does not make me rudeI did not deserve to be disrespected and shouted at for refusing troubleshooting assistanceI am respectfully requesting a refund for resolution of this complaint Regards, [redacted] ***

Hello,Please reopen my caseI did not see where I was supposed to replyThe vendor refuses to accept the deviceI want to return the device to themI took the device back to the store well within the day return policy and I was turned away, because I refused technical assistance. Since they prohibit me from coming into the store, there must be an alternative way to return the deviceI can mail the device and provide them the receipt along with the device. This store owner is being unreasonable and unfair with me as a consumerI purchased the device in good faith, and decided that I didn't like itInstead of giving me a refund when I requested itThey called the police and kicked me out of the storeThis is not right

Hi there! Our phones are definitely not purchased from the public so if your receiving at blocked code - it's most definitely a malfunction with the T-Mobile server*** has made a ticket regarding this issue and has let the customer know the estimated time of repair should be business

Great News!We spoke to our T-Mobile rep and per last response - we did find out that there was an issue with the T-Monile databaseYour phone should be up and runningPlease turn the device off and then back onYou should have no issuesYou can also call T-Mobile to verify your device no longer has an error in the T-Mobile systemPlease come back into the store if your still having connectivity issues and we will be sure to help youUnfortunately, a refund for the device is not possible as you've had the device longer then daysHowever, if you have any issues at all we'll be sure to keep you high priority and address the issues within hours. When I brung in my phone for the 2nd time my phone was still receiving calls, messages and holding a chargeWhen I was given my phone back after it could not be fixed it is completely done with and now the phone is impossible to repair and is in a worse condition than when I brung it in!

There is nothing inappropriate or abusive about defending myself against false accusations of rudeness. The employee mounted a scene over a simple refund request.
