Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was never told that my insurance was not accepted thereI was told the [redacted] of [redacted] wasn't acceptedI have [redacted] of [redacted] I was told that they had the incorrect information and that it would be fixedIn regards to the checksMy insurance company just sent them to me and they will be signed and in the mail todayThis was another error by E&K because they never contacted my insurance company for proper billing I had to do the work for them Regards, [redacted]

To whom it may concern:After reviewing Mr [redacted] 's account we have noted that Mr [redacted] was indeed notified on two separate dates 10/12/and 3/18/that he needed to find an in network provider in order to continue receiving his supplies He was also reminded that E&K Medical Supply is not in network with his plan and that we were informed by his carrier that payments were mailed to the subscriber/memberAs a result this patient has an outstanding balance of $with our company If you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to contact me at [redacted] Thank youErick P
