Review: I hired this company to paint several rooms within the interior of my home. They were sloppy in their work. In painting our laundry room area, by their own admission, they placed some kind of heavy equipment on our washer and dryer thereby putting numerous dents on the tops of each machine. We have several witnesses who can verify the fact that these items were not damaged prior to the painters. These are very expensive appliances. In contacting the painter directly both by telephone and e-mail, instead of an amicable conversation that would possibly rectify the situation, we were called liars. We were repeatedly insulted and the owner of the company, [redacted], refused to acknowledge any responsibility. Instead this is how he responded," Two weeks have went by since we have been there and you could have staged this whole thing yourself. I have learned from others that have delt with you that your the kind of people that will never be pleased and you think everyone owes you something. If you want some sort of reimbursement that's fine but if not then this conversation is over.Desired Settlement: I would like the tops of both machines replaced at the painter's expense. I have contacted [redacted] and the replacement parts with shipping come to $423.08. We would have been reasonable about negotiating a settlement. No more.
