Review: I purchased a product from them on Sunday the **, 2014 for the amount of $226.00 and selected 2 day shipping which added an additional 29.95. For a total of 255.95.

My Debit Card was immediately charged.

Tuesday the **, 2014, I sent a message to the company using their web page questionnaire asking if they had indeed received my order and what was the status of the order.

I have yet to receive a reply to that message.

Wednesday the **, 2014, I sent an email to the company. The email address was found on their web site.

My email informed them that I had been expecting some sort of communication from them by now, letting me know of the status of my order and when it shipped.

I have not Received any correspondence from them. I received NO email or phone call. I logged onto their web site and my order still says pending.

We are going on four days since I placed the order and I had selected 2 Day Shipping.Desired Settlement: I would like my order delivered free Next Day and my delivery charged be refunded OR

I would like an immediate refund of all my money.
