WE HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH CLIENT AND HAD LEAK DETECTION COMPANY PERFORM A COMPLETE TEST OF ALL PLUMBING LINES ON POOLIT WAS DETERMINED THAT THERE IS A LEAK IN TWO LINES GOING TO THE WATERFALLTHESE LINES WERE NOT INSTALED BY US AND WERE NOT PART OF OUR SCOPE OF WORKHOWEVER WE HAVE AGREED TO FIX THE LINES FOR THE CLIENT AT NO CHARGE AS GOOD FAITH TOWARDS CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONWE HAD NO WAY OF KNOWING THERE WERE PLUMBING LINES LEAKING AS THE ORIGINAL LEAK DETECTION PERFORMED DID NOT FIND ANY PLUMBING LEAKS

We have met with the client and they have agreed to pay cost of $for the sub panel and we have given them a $in store credit to help off set some of the cost for the panel

Good Morning,This reply is in response to Mr. [redacted] unsatisfactory rejection on Tuesday, July 19th. We had the owner, [redacted], reach out directly to Mr. [redacted] to further discuss that both the technician and [redacted], the manufacturer, could not identify a problem with Mr. [redacted]' hot tub on our second visit on July 19th, as the hot tub was apparently not cooling down when exposed to summer temperatures. [redacted] has confirmed that him and [redacted] spoke on July 26th and agreed that his hot tub is working properly as it should be in the summer season, which was also confirmed by [redacted] to our service department. If Mr. [redacted] needs any other assistance for his hot tub in the future, our service department is more than happy to assist him to ensure his hot tub is working properly at all times.

Attached are the terms and conditions with the customer's signature.

We reached out to [redacted] directly, the hot tub manufacturer, for assistance on [redacted]'s hot tub issues- and they called [redacted] directly today 7/13/16 to review his hot tub heating issues and to seek a solution. After speaking to Mr. [redacted] directly, [redacted] called Josh [redacted], our service...

manager, back and explained to us certain solutions for Mr. [redacted]'s hot tub and to go ahead and schedule another service call for him. We have scheduled our technician Angel to go out on Tuesday, July 19th in the morning. We called Mr. [redacted] directly on 7/13/16 to let him know about his service repair appointment on Tuesday morning.

The owner of Richards Total Backyard Solutions met the customers at their home and they agreed on a $500 change order for the sub panel and a $250 in store credit was issued to the customer.

I Lesley, the Service Manager at Richards Total Backyard Solutions have spoken with the customer and with Joy on this issue.  Joy is no longer in the service department.  I gave Mr. Gilmore a discount of $472.52.  I greatly apologized to the customer and am training a new service...

coordinator who can better handle the position.   I have attached the original cancelled invoice and the new owed invoice.  I have only received a deposit payment of $455.19 form the customer to this date.
