No!! No!!! As our policy clearly states on the web site and as *** clearly knows, all three application fees were promptly refunded once we made the decision to cancel their rental applicationsWe DO NOT keep application fees if we decide not to rent to an applicant! You can read it yourself at our web siteAs you will read in the attached email thread, *** *** *** is a bully and an impostorShe has bullied, verbally abused/assaulted, threatened, insulted, and harassed us for daysWe have a voice phone recordings of *** *** making all kinds of threats and verbal assaultsWe WILL NOT sit idly while some bully threatens us and tries to force her will on us! NEVER!!! Yes, *** *** *** and two other persons attempted to rent from usYes, they submitted rental applications, but two of the applications were incomplete and one applicant did not qualify (financially) to rent our properties without a guarantor However, because they stated their obvious desperation to leave their current rental place, we offered them a ‘conditional approval’, pending the outcome of our review process and etc(see the attached)From the onset, *** *** attempted to ignore our processes (deadlines, timeliness, etc.) that are clearly stated on our websiteIn addition, some of the information she provided were based on what we found during our background checkAnd, we had to ask *** *** to provide her guarantor formAND we never received the guarantor form! Now, they were informed that if they wanted to rent the property, that they will need to send an email back to us within a specific date and time (specifically, 8:PM, Tuesday, 3/28/20178) to clearly state that they accept the rental offerWe also clearly informed them in the SAME correspondence what will come next after the acceptanceSurprisingly, they all ignored the deadline and indeed lied about itTwo days after the deadline to accept or decline the rental offer had clearly expired, *** came back to the house under a name, but then accidently revealed to the person who showed the house that: (1) they did not like our timelines, hence, they chose to not respond by our deadlines; (2) “her mom did not have a printer, therefore, she could not print and complete the guarantor form”! Hours after this pretense appearance, they called and said they were now ready to pay the ‘retainer deposit’They were promptly reminded that according to our process and the fact that they did not respond to accept the offer by the clearly stated deadline, we have already offered the property to another party earlier in the day and that party had already paid the retainer depositNote that we never changed the asking rental price or any of the termsTherefore, EKEBA LLC! You must remember (as our web site states) that we offer our properties to just one party and just one party only at one timeHowever, again, as clearly stated on our web site, we expect applicants to act promptlyThis is because we receive multiple applications for each property and we have to be fair to everyone by not keeping them waiting and waitingThis is why we inform everyone interested ahead of applying that they should NOT apply with us if they were not ready to move as quickly as we have stated on our web siteThe irony is that if a property is listed on our website and someone applies for it, then we are obviously confirming is that the said property is available for rent, when in actuality, it is NOTThat is another reason why our policies are CLEARLY STATED ON OUR WEBSITE for the entire world to read and follow…if they want to do business with US!!! PS: *** must withdraw her accusation that we kept her (their) application feesShe knows better and unless she promptly recant and withdraw this statement, she may face a challengeAll we want is *** *** and her clique to leave us aloneWe will NOT rent to them because they are not truthful perhaps intentionally or unintentionallyHenceforth, EKEBA LLC will NEVER, ever grant anyone a conditional offer again, NEVER! We will henceforth make our decision based solely on the information on their application and what EKEBA LLC is able to garnerThere will be NO more prompting for information, etcSincerely, EKEBA LLC
