we spoke with Ms*** numerous times and the F&B department told me the signage was posted and that the charges would stand This ticket was charged directly to the credit card and she didn’t dispute it for months. I asked her why she did not dispute it when she signed the
ticket and she just said that she didn’t notice it then. If she didn’t notice that then I am sure that is why she did not notice the other signage. The ticket is too old to refund in the system. She is not even on the credit card. Mr*** *** is the card holder and her name is not even on it so we shouldn’t even be talking with her / we should be talking directly with Mr***. She is not even on the hotel reservation

I am rejecting this response because: This statement from no-name is completely falseI have not spoken to anyone numerous timesI don't know who the F & B is, but the signage was not posted anywherethat we could see it. We never saw the flier at allIt was not provided at cheand was not in our roomI did question the price at the buffett and the cashier was no help referring me to management I did dispute the charge a couple of times during the six months with no response from the businessThis is why I am going thru the Revdex.comThe sign at the buffett entrance clearly showed $22.99 and there are of us that saw it including my husband *** *** who paid with his credit cardI will be happy to have him re-file the complaint if necessaryNone of us ever saw a flier.

Dear Ms. [redacted], Thank you for your respond. Regarding your inquiry, unfortunately we cannot refund to the new credit card number. We have to legally refund the same credit card that was charged for the protection of the card holder. The card holders bank will need to transfer the refund from the old card number to the new one. If any further action is requested we will need to speak with Mr. [redacted] directly. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience may caused.
