Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [ [redacted] only gave me a copy of the receipts from payments made but he never gave me a copy of the itemized billHe stated that I would not get the itemized bill until I paid the bill in fullI do appreciate him giving me a chance to pay the bill but he got my original direction wrongThe reason I had the $to pay for my car repair originally is because that was the job I told him to do - job A - fix the hoseI would never have told him to do the complete job costing $because I don't have that kind of moneyI would not be comfortable taking my car back to Pruitt's to fixI was unable to get a copy of what is wrong with my car dealing with the power steering from [redacted] Automotive (closed until Jan2, 2017) to send with this messageHowever, the work will cost me an additional $to repair the power steeringWhen I told [redacted] ( [redacted] owner) what was done to my car, he just stated that getting to the power steering unit takes a lot of time but shook his head about the job costing $1,The resolution to this situation that would satisfy me would be: Pruitt's will write off the remaining balance-$455+ If it comes down to my having to pay the balance, I will pay the balance, but I will not be a "happy camper"Since I bought the car off Pruitt's lot and they knew the car--why didn't they tell me about all the rust under the bottom of the car--I would not have bought the carNow it sounds like the car was in a flood.] Regards, [redacted]
