Review: I hired this catering business to cater my sons graduation party. The party began at 2. They never showed up at 2. I called the main number I was given by [redacted] gonzalez. he answered and said his drivers would be there in 10 min.. 10 mins went by and I called again. [redacted] then said that they were 5 minutes away... they never showed up. so 20 mins went by and I called again. He said that there was an accident and that they would get their as soon as they can. an hour went by and still not there... then [redacted] called back and said that they were the ones in the accident and they would get their as soon as possible. They ended up not showing up until 5... My guests were starving and half of them had left. I had never been so embarressed in my life... My sons graduation party was ruined! when the drivers showed up one of the proceeded to laugh and say he was driving without a liscense and begged the people to let him go. Im so upset...this was my sons graduation party and it can never be replaced..I also gave him $100.00 deposit to hold the party and never got that back. I asked to be reimbursed for my deposit and the hall, cake, decorations, whatever I spent on party I wanted it all back.. he hasnt paid a dime back...Desired Settlement: I asked him to reimburse me $300.00 for what I spent on party and he hasnt given me nothing back.
