I had an appointment with the people of El Bodegon to come check my washerThis appointment was two months ago they never called me to advise me that they were on their waySo I called and asked if I can set another appointmentAnd the same thing happenedSo I called again and they said they called me and I never answered so I asked them when did they call me so I can check my phone records and immediately started talking over me and denied everything I was sayingBad experience never againAnd I advise anyone else to go somewhere else

This place has a horrible customer service I purchase a dryer and does not work I call them more than five time after they were fixing the machine a couple of times they did not answer and they were really rude
