I was over charged for services I was not there for and more than I was quoted on the phone
I went in to have an alignment and tires put on my chevy avalanche I called ahead of time to price the cost of service I was quoted $for the $for each tire to be mounted and balanced tires were put on and when mechanic had truck on rack to do alignment he told me I needed ball joints and he could not to it so he lowered truck and I went to pay I gave my credit card and they went to charge it I figured it was $for the tires when ii got home and looked at my receipt I seen I was charged $so I called I was then told they changed valve stems and patched tires this was not authorized and he said for labor I advised him of amount which I was quoted and he said this was the price I again said I never told him to change those extra parts he stayed quiet so I said fine I will file a complaint with Revdex.com he then hung up on me
