Review: I took in my van to be serviced and they rushed the job I had hoses that were not plugged up I had to re plug those myself. When I came to pick up my car it would not start from there they started banging on my vehicle to fix the problem after about 5 minutes he realized that he forgot to plug something up, he plugged it back up and from there that problem was resolved but not completely because now my key does not always turn over the first time. Then 2 days later my check engine light came on out of nowhere. I also gave them a full bottle of coolant to find out they did not even put it in my new radiator I am running on straight water that is not really all that great for vehicle. I tried to contact them and they told me to bring the vehicle down but when I requested for them to fix the problem they refused.Desired Settlement: I just want the labor returned because they did not give substantial service

On 7-13-13 I had a customer asked me to install engine's valve cover for 1998 dodge van (has over 200,000 miles in rough condition) cause it was leaking so bad from the pipe attached to valve cover. .. the customer brought used valve cover from junk yard also she brought silicone and coolant," I agreed with her about the labor .... we finished the job professionally on time plus we test it before we gave it to her .. plus we stump it with this stamp: THERE WILL BE NO GUARANTEE ON CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PARTS So we are not responsible even if the car will leak water cause she brought used part ..... the car was running perfect there were no any issue... after a 35 days she called me and telling me that her car has check engine light ... so I am asking to dismiss this case .. we never had any issues with any customer since we started

What they are stating is untrue it was not done in a professional matter there was problems with my vehicle when I went to pick it up they did not connect the wires properly and my vehicle would not start after they pulled the vehicle out of the bay lift and there was three people trying to figure out the problem after banging on my starter for about 5 min. he realized that something was not connected and had to reconnect it it was not 35 days later it was 3 days later and had been in contact with them that entire time. they are correct that it states that parts are not guaranteed I am not having a problem with the part my problem is with the labor there was no coolant put in my radiator and my boyfriend had to reconnect three different parts that they forgot to re plug.
