El Cajon Cemetery

I would like to add that cemetery is a special place for everybody who lost family member or a friend,if we do not have respect to the graves what type of people we are.The attachments provided  pictures of my husbands thumb from 12/01/2017 ,and time of my complaint 02/09/2018 .I want to add...

that any one job should be finish in requested time when is payed for the service and second I can not explained; Why the vice president covered my husbands thumb with all dirt ,sand when I payed him to install my husband head stone in his requested time .Mr [redacted] new that Iam in a hurry with the installation and he promise to do it in his requested time on 02/06 /2018.When I asked him on the next day on 02/07 /2018 why the job is not done yet, I received an answer, that HE IS VERY BUSY AND CAN NOT DO IT  BECAUSE MY JOB IS NOT IMPORTANT.   After 1 day I had a bad  surprise to see, my husbands thumb and head stone covered with dirt and sand when I have to send a picture to my step daughter of her dad head stone.
