We regret that Mr*** was inconvenienced and feels that we intentionally misled him to bring him in and not fulfill the advertisement that we campaigned forI would humbly like to apologize for the fact that we really run out of the Gift cards for a period of about a couple of ours during the
second day of the four day sale because of the overwhelming response that we experiencedSecondly I would like to mention that the mailing campaign clearly advertises the weekend sell-off along with the opportunity of a winning one of the prizes and so happens that the majority of the winning numbers are for the $Mitsubishi Gift card and not Best buy !!
Although we had to rush an order for the Gift cards and received them late on Friday around 4:pm but we had a span of about two hours that had to give rain checks and promised to mail them to about customers that were in the same situation as Mr***.
At the end we are a community Dealership that strives to be ethical and be fair to our clientele, but active to expand our customer base, so by no means we intentionally mean to disturb and hurt anyone by any action that we take to try to market our services and products and make aware that our dealership exists
If it’s acceptable to Mr***, I would like to extend a courtesy of sending him $check that he can spend it at his leisure

all vehicles can either use regular or synthetic blend, coupon send, was for regular blend and upgraded by customer to synthetic at the time of reception, and we gave the 15% discount for having brought in the coupon! I answered customer on a social site that I would like to offer
him a complimentary regular blend oil change or as he wishs $back, My apologies for misunderstanding! *** ***,

Need better service personal with better attitudeAccepts expired service coupon; insist that it's fine but when things go wrong they blame the customerStay away from car detail services unless you have free time to come back to get things done properly

I have thoroughly investigated the situation. A couple of points to bring up that are
noteworthy;
-The mailer that this customer
responded to did indeed have prizes, but they were while supplies last. When the customer requested the prize, we did
indeed offer to send one in the mail if
we received any additional prizes
-I am told that we
in fact did mail out a prize to the consumer, he states he never did receive
it
That all being said, we are saddened that this customer has
a negative feeling about our dealership.
I am willing to send him, or he can pick up, our new promotion coupon valued at $and can be spent in our parts or service department ( 2x $12.50)
Let me know if this resolution is acceptable to the
consumer, and I personally make sure it will be send out to him if he does not have
the time to stop in

our apologies and have informed our mail house repeatedly to take him of the list!! Their reasoning is that when we do garage/bulk mailer they have no choice but to send every house hold in the neighborhood!! like Penny saver that goes to every household !! but despite of all that we have
informed our vendor and they are aware not to send mail to that address!!!

Customer had never mentioned or indicated regarding the $50 Gift card when she was here on the last day of March ( an incentive that must be claimed otherwise we have no way of knowing that the customer was brought in from that medium) although after an investigative research...

we found out that she had come through [redacted] ( a medium that is different and no affiliation with gift card incentives)! But at this point I have arranged to get her a Gift Card by my management team so we can rectify the situation.respectfully,

In a nutshell, their sales (Mike) will lie to you and make up excuses for why a price for a vehicle that has been sitting there for a year, has gone up. [Dealer invoice price] to justify why he is hiking up a price of a vehicle.

Next Bob (finance manager) will give you some bs reason why the vehicle is 100 dollars more, monthly for lease, than another vehicle, that was quoted at another dealership that is 100 dollars more than their vehicle otd price.

Example:

Vehicle A from El Cajon, OTD price 39000
Vehicle B from XXX Dealership OTD 38900

Vehicle A monthly lease with same downpayment 400/month
Vehicle B monthly lease with same downpayment 300/month

Also please be advised on their business practices. THEY WILL RUN YOUR CREDIT WITHOUT YOUR AUTHORIZATION. The owner reached out and apologized. What does an apology do when there is a ding on my credit? If you really want an apology, go and get that credit check out of my credit history. You guys put it there, you guys fix it. It was run without my consent and without informing me.

So buyers beware. This is my experience, it may or may not happen to you.
