El Camino Cleaners

Review: I dropped off a uniform shirt to have a rank changed. I paid for it to be rushed. The cleaner told me it would be ready 11/6/14 @1900. I went the following morning at 0830. It was not ready. The Cleaner told me noon. They both told me "no charge." I couldn't wait. I stood outside for 30 min and made some calls to see if I could borrow a shirt. At 0900 they told me 10 more minutes. I waited. When I went to grab the shirt, she pulled it back and told me $**. I told her she said "no charge." She said she's only waiving the $* rush fee. I told her it wasn't ready on time and she said no charge. She wouldn't give me my shirt. I paid the $** and left.Desired Settlement: The cleaners said "no charge" because the service was not provided on time. I was put in a position where I was forced to pay by being lied to.
