I received a complaint letter at the aboved mentioned ID number. We have removed her number from our contacts. I believe that she was only called or times unintentionally. She is not a customer of ours. Just a member of the community in which we serve

Review: You have not given me the proper type of complaint to register. It is due to a continual barrage of phone calls I have been receiving from this company - once at 2am. I have called them and told them that the number is owned by a private party, and to please stop using my number to try to make doctors appointments, etc. with their patients. I was told they have over 40 people working there and it would be very hard to make that kind of change. This started happening in mid August of this year, and if the company was managed in a proper, professional manner, this would stop happening.Desired Settlement: Contact them in writing, telling them they have been reported as a unprofessional business and to delete my number from their call lists. Then contact me in writing, as I do not have an email address. the one I gave you is a friends because your system refused to let me file a complaint unless I wrote an email into the form.
