I’m writing back regarding a complaint fromMrs *** ***,which I took a whole responsibilityfor it we did make a mistake,on her payment, I didspoke with Mrs *** and apologize for what happened, Idid promise her to refund the amount we over chargeher,I spoke with her Saturday September I
made outa personal check for the amount $put it atfront desk of the restaurant,the correspondence didn’tget picked up until Tuesday,September 2Oth,plus ourcredit card processor charged back our account the$amount,I thought that this issue was resolved in a goodmatter,I do have copy at the Check that it has beencashed,but again I do apologize it was our mistake,wehave never had a bad intention to take advantage of noone of our customers,if is any thing that I can doplease let me know,SincerelyRaul C*** GM
