Not being present at the time of the incident I investigated the above-mentioned complaint.
It seems like a regrettable situation may have taken bigger proportions than called for.

We have been in business for 25 years and intent to do so for many more years, which can only be accomplished by pleasing our clientele.

Review: I was speaking to my friend on the second floor at El Cantinero tonight, 3/**/14 and tapping him on the shoulder to ask him where our coats were. Some random girl stopped me and said hey stop hitting him. I said this is my friend and I'm asking him a question. She said do you know him and I said yes, however she kept pushing the issue that I needed to quit questioning him. She should have been minding her business as I was. Suddenly the club security came up and asked me to leave. Once we got outside they started interrogating me and asking me questions like where was my coat and what was the problem. I asked why I was asked to leave and they could not give me a answer. I asked for one of their names and the guy put his license in my face. I couldn't read the info as he positioned it so I asked him to pronounce his name and he wouldn't do it. I asked to speak to the manager, at that point they went inside again and the manager never came out. I think the way I was handled in this situation was very unprofessional and showed a complete lack of respect and customer service. There was no reason I should have been asked to leave and I should have been told what the issue was when I was outside. It seems that the security guard took the word/suggestion of some random girl and just assumed I was guilty of some misconduct and told me to leave. This is totally unacceptable and uncalled for.Desired Settlement: I expect an apology and an explanation for the unnecessary and rude way I was treated tonight and an explanation of this establishment's policies regarding treatment of guests by security.
