This letter is a response to June 28, letter from El Charro Western, IncMr [redacted] *is flat out lying he personally sold me a black saddle cola de pato size 1/regular better my friend [redacted] was present and [redacted] witness these transaction in summer of (white diamond boots brand)Paid cash $no receipt providedSee Exhibit #1AHe also sold me 2nd saddle in summer 2016, Blode cola de pato size 16, some brand my girlfriend was present & witness [redacted] cash transaction, no receipt provided also $cashSee exhibit #1BAgain Mr*is just trying to confuse the issue, the real truth is he showed me the catalog and at the bottom it specifically states "Pita Fina" "Montinos Finas" and showes # associated wih the saddleSee exhibit #2.Mr*first text me a photo of a silla pitioda fina then I travel to his store and he showed me the catalog and it specifically stated at bottom off Pitine "Pita Fina" and on top Montinos FinasThen I place the order am him $cashAttched receipt for april 29,(deposit).Yes days later I pick up saddle and paid him $3,cashUsed the saddle become [redacted] at the st [redacted] (1/0) and found out it was a imitation Pita not real pitaTook back saddle he refused to give me money back.Please make an appointment so I can prove to you my case and bring expert witness and eye witness and bring saddles and other evidenceI have also contacted Mr [redacted] from [redacted] fraud reporting unit they are going to do a special fraud report live.P.SIn reference to their store policy I personally find their practices questionable, illegal, vague and unfair for the consumerThey are totally covering their interest not in accordance with state guidelines and practices of fair business practices.I therefore challenge their policies and practicesThe policy specifically states fet hats not saddles left for return and refunds.I am therefore asking Revdex.com to fully investigate and review their policies so that they can be fair and meet general state business practices and policiesSee Exhibit #3P.SEvery time I go to his store Mr*is arguing and fighting with other customers in reference to his products and services and return policies

This letter is in response to letters sent by Revdex.com in May and June in regards to some issue with Mr*** ***.This letter is also to confirm that Mr*** said that we sold to him horse saddles "cola de pato"According our records such transaction never took place.The only merchandise we sold to Mr*** were some leggings and few days later came to my business and told me that the leggings did not fit him, he said they were to small, at that time we exchanged the leggings for a bigger sizeAfter we exchanged the leggings he alleged that he wanted the gas expense to be reimbursed to him also for coming to pick the bigger leggingsI would like to clarify that we tried to speak with him without response.Mr*** also complains that I sold to him a horse saddle brand "pita fina" and said there bad quality horse saddleWe never sold to him such horse saddle "pita fina"We sold to him another saddle brand pitaMr*** sent us a photo of horse saddle "pita fina" that we never sold to him and does not have nothing to with the horse saddle we really sold.Mr*** did not send photo of the real saddle "pita" he bought from us, and such saddle says the brand "Pita" only.Mr*** took photo of "pita fina" from catalog we did not provideNow, in the way it works is that our business makes sure that the merchandise our customers wants to buy is in the catalog and then we place the orderIf the vendor has in its inventory such merchandise then they send us a photo of it.The vendor sent us a photo of the real horse saddle we saddle we sold to Mr*** and also provided him a copy of it, which we are attaching with this letterWhen he saw the photo he came to my business to drop off a deposit of $and in that way we order the horse saddle "pita"He came to pick it up four days laterHe expressed he likes it, he seem to be so happy with such horse saddle.We showed to Mr*** some suaderos he did not like, however he purchased the biggest one we had in stock and at the end he left satisfied for the purchase.In regards to horse saddle brand "pita" we originally sold, he returned it because he said it got damaged and it was not a good quality, however he signed a document he agreed we will repair it for him, three days later the horse saddle was repairedWe kept calling him to pick up the repaired horse saddle with no answer from him at all.According to our policy once a customer purchases a merchandise we don't accept returns and we don't refund any value of it.We can prove Mr*** purchased horse saddle "Pita" we ordered from our vendor. *** *** repaired saddle he purchased at El Charro Western Wear has been there at El Charro for days ad of today June 2017! Store policy is that any merchandise left more than days store will not be responsible and will be charged a storing fee as of the date of June El Charro Western Wear will give Mrs*** days to pick up the repaired saddle as of June 29,

Please help me to get my money book & stop MrCfrom further unfair unethical business practices

Dear Mr. [redacted]      We have received your letter as a demand for the purchased item on April 9th requesting a refund. As agreed by you on 05/15/17 we will fix the stitches on the seat, as informed at that time the seat was well used and cannot refund youthe money. we...

agreed and you signed to agree that we will fix the stitches within two to three weeks. As to use of unfair and unethical practice you can review our business we have never had this kind of complaints. Also we do pay our sales tax as everyone else, there's no way for us to sell items without charging the sales tax we file as all businesses are required. Our prices have already calculated the tax in the total provided to you.I have attached the proof of purchase receipt and the agreement that you signed as proof if you have any other questions feel free to contact us at any time.Thank you.

He also sold me 2nd saddle in summer 2016, Blode cola de pato size 16, some brand my girlfriend was present & witness [redacted] cash transaction, no receipt provided also $500 cash.
