Review: We paid $560 for head gaskets, recertification to pick the head and labor. When we received our car we were told that the we paid 560 the head car was fixed and we got it back it was still having the same problems. Our car kept turning off because of the same issue because he did not fix the car. Now oil and water were mixing and the parts and having more issues with the car to begin with because the car was not fixed the first time properly. Since December and January we been taking the car back-and-forth to him so he can fix the car and he took a week with the car and did nothing with it just sitting there but we noticed half of the tank of gas was gone so he's been using the car. We've called him several times asking of our car was ready to pick up was he able to fix it and he never answered the phone he was hardly there at the shop always ignoring us. I missed a couple of days off of work just so I can come on time to the shop to see if I could get pick up my car. The car was not ready yet he kept saying tomorrow tomorrow and the car was never ready. I finally came the first week of February to pick up the car and when he opened the hood to show me what he had done to the car I noticed that the car battery was missing when I asked him where was my car battery he said all we just took it out to do something but he had no need to fix our car taking the battery out. Yet later found out that our car battery was in another car that he was trying to sell so the problem with the car had nothing to do with the battery yet he decided to take out the battery from my car because the car he was trying to sell battery did not work. He was going to sell that car with our battery of our car in it and pretend that he didn't know nothing about it we finally told them open the car and take out the battery that is my battery and he got upset with his employee telling him why did you tell him. I took out his battery . And so on problems I have had.Desired Settlement: I want my refund I payed him $560.00 and he did not do what he was going to do to our car.heused half of a tank of my car gas and I lost work days for having to come and deal with him.

Review: My vehicle was taken to Chavos #1 transmission to fix the transmission and other parts. The vehicle came out with more damage. They have ignored my calls constantly, my vehicle is in their shop with worst damage. I paid $1,300 in total cash .Desired Settlement: If they cant fix it at all, I just want my money back.
