My pool motor stopped working so I called MrElectric Upon arrival, the Tech said it would be $to diagnose I thought this was unusual but agreed to pay In just a few minutes he determined the problem to be in an underground line between the electrical panel and the J-box He then quoted an additional $to run a new line This also seemed high so I asked two other companies to come out Both provided a diagnoses at no charge and quotes in the $range for the same work I found MrElectric to be a complete rip-off and feel they took advantage of this senior citizen Fortunately I'm out only $and not the additional $

Do not trust this company, they will not keep their word, and they will not call you back, they always seem to be out of the office

Bought a house and the previous owners used this company to install the granite in FebruaryThis is the WORST installation I have ever seenThe seams between the slabs are hugeThe space between the granite and walls are hugeWe already had them come out to repair the seams between the granite because they dried up and cracked off leaving 1/inch spaces between all the seamsThe caulking used between the walls and granite is also crackedThey did not cut a standard inch opening for the stove and instead made "notches" to fit the stoveIt looks terrible AND the stove is original to the house so we replaced it with a standard inch stove which does not fitWe called them and they want to charge us $to make it a standard inch openingIt should have been a standard opening to begin with!

I bought a home that was built in and it had been remodeled I was so pleased with the remodeling work that I never paid attention that there were no cable outlets anywhere in the house I called MrElectric and [redacted] the electrician came out and was very polite and informative The rates were good and the level of detail and quality of work was good The job took days to complete but in the end I was very satisfied with the work [redacted] delivered I will use them again as well as refer them to my friends

I called MrElectric to determine if there was a problem with a ballast The office manager, *** was very courteous and helpful and was able to schedule a technician to come out right away to address my problem The technician who came out, *** was very professional and polite and was able to diagnose and fix my problem very quickly I would certainly recommend this company to others

My pool motor stopped working so I called Mr. Electric. Upon arrival, the Tech said it would be $212 to diagnose. I thought this was unusual but agreed to pay. In just a few minutes he determined the problem to be in an underground line between the electrical panel and the J-box. He then quoted an additional $1900 to run a new line.
This also seemed high so I asked two other companies to come out.
Both provided a diagnoses at no charge and quotes in the $800 range for the same work. I found Mr. Electric to be a complete rip-off and feel they took advantage of this senior citizen. Fortunately I'm out only $212 and not the additional $1900.

Bought a house and the previous owners used this company to install the granite in February. This is the WORST installation I have ever seen. The seams between the slabs are huge. The space between the granite and walls are huge. We already had them come out to repair the seams between the granite because they dried up and cracked off leaving 1/4 inch spaces between all the seams. The caulking used between the walls and granite is also cracked. They did not cut a standard 30 inch opening for the stove and instead made "notches" to fit the stove. It looks terrible AND the stove is original to the house so we replaced it with a standard 30 inch stove which does not fit. We called them and they want to charge us $250 to make it a standard 30 inch opening. It should have been a standard opening to begin with!

I ordered black pearl granite countertops through the H[redacted] on 02/22/2014 who contracted the installation out to Five Star Fab & Fixtures. The first installation was on 03/28/2014. Photos of the first installation include: over a quarter of an inch gaping between the wall and granite, grossly visible seams, multiple chips in the granite and gab between the oven and countertop. These issues were rectified on 04/21/2014. However, after replacing two slabs, Five Star made multiple cracks to my kitchen wall and cracked another one of the slabs. I’m currently awaiting a response from their customer service.

I bought a home that was built in 1976 and it had been remodeled. I was so pleased with the remodeling work that I never paid attention that there were no cable outlets anywhere in the house. I called Mr. Electric and [redacted] the electrician came out and was very polite and informative. The rates were good and the level of detail and quality of work was good. The job took 4 days to complete but in the end I was very satisfied with the work [redacted] delivered. I will use them again as well as refer them to my friends.
