*** (last name unknown) was to inspect my lawn mower which would not start The cost to do this was an upfront $ After inspection, I was contacted and told the mower needed regular service maintenance which included oil change, filter, spark plug, and a new mower blade
I did not have a truck to haul the mower when the repairs were complete I paid $upfront for the remainder of the repairs that were done Total out-of-pocket cost was The upfront $was included in the total *** stated he would drop my mower off because it was close to his residence The day and time he stated the mower would be dropped off did not happen Instead, he delivered the mower the next day in the afternoon I had no problem contacting *** during this repair and him answering his phone
*** cranked the mower up when he delivered it I only noticed later that oil was leaking from what looked like the air filter onto the mower cover after I started the mowe
