We did repair this car as the customer saysUnfortunately, I never got to meet herThe car was brought to us by a third person who said it
was his girlfriends carHe never specified on jobs needed to be doneUs and the third party had come to an agreement that he would bring us the parts the car needed and we would install them but for some reason, the third party brought us the parts later than what he had originally agreed on and still wanted us to fix the car in days, thats why we finished the job in that amount of timeWe had not gotten an estimate from the insurance so we were in the dark of what needed to be fixed, relaying on what the third party stated wanted done, so we had no idea of how much the insurance was coveringHowever, I am willig to refund the amount she askWe just need to talk and get to an agreement and get things done the right way

The insurance company sent the appraisalIf the body shop did not receive it, it was their responsibility to notify someone of this at the timeThe 3rd party they are talking about is their accomplice who is the manager at the Dixon Tires and Wheel next to their shopHe finds them business and is not the boyfriend as is stated hereThe body shop has a license and is legally responsible for making the repairs not a 3rd partyOn the post inspection, the appraiser who is not affiliated with my insurance company but contracted by them it clearly states 75% of the repair was not doneAlso we contacted a California State agency and they inspected the carThe car has $3,of damage as the insurance appraiser also statedAll these entities have stated we were frauded by this shopThe work was clearly not doneA 3rd party did not cash the checkMy insurance company also stated the check when deposited only had my signature on itThis shop deposited my check in their account and therefore are the ones to be held accountable, not a 3rd partyWhatever deals they have with them are not of concern to meI would like the money refunded for the repairs that were not done
