In November of 2019, we contracted with Mr. C. to have landscaping ( to include a tree stump removed). Mr. C. was given a check for $3000.00 and he went through the fiction of buying plants and a bush. The tree stump was removed, for an additional charge, but the other work was never completed. When contacted Mr. C. has used every excuse from, "the items I purchased for you have been sold" , " I have the flu", " I'm in Cuba" and the latest is " I'm a new Grandparent". Mr. C. has refused to complete the and or pay the money back.
Refund It's obvious the work is never going to be completed so, we would like a refund of the $3000.00 dollars.
The company has come to my residence and finished the job. Thank You Very Much.
