Further to my previous review, I did receive my hearing device shortly after posting my review, delayed, apparently, due to the third party insurance brokerI am updating my review to reflect that fact and that it does in fact take an inordinate amount of time due to insurance practices of contacting primary care physicians and going through an insurance broker (Epic), which in this case was anything but fast
