My  complaint with El Dorado Disposal has, for the most part, been resolved by them. I received my refund check in the mail on 08/01/2016.However.....I would still like them to be made aware of my complaint due to the four months it took to resolve.I would also still like them to apologize to...

me in writing, and provide EITHER the law/policy which states they must still charge me all those months for trash service while my house is vacant, OR I'd like them to refund me for those 5 months, as well, which would be approximately $182.00.Thank you, [redacted]

Review: On 3/31/16 I requested refund for overpayment of $73.74 on our closed account, since we moved out of state 7 months prior. (This is a trash collection company). I've called 3 more times, verfied El Dorado Disposal has my correct forwarding address, and was told, "It's still processing." It has now been four months since my 3/31 request for refund.

El Dorado Disposal was very efficient in over-billing me. I would like to see more efficiency in refunding my overpayment back. There is no denying they owe us this, from what they've said. There is just sloppiness in getting the check to us.

Technically, we stopped using trash services on 08/13/2015 when we moved and vacated our home at [redacted]. I called to stop service prior to that with El Dorado Disposal, but was informed by them, "you have to continue service even if the house is vacant, because we're not allowed to stop servicing the house." ??????

So, I continued to pay until our house sold and closed escrow, 12/31/2015.

Revdex.com is my last resort. I sure hope this works, or at least draws attention to the business management for needed changes.

Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like El Dorado Disposal to not only issue me my $73.74 check they have agreed they owe me, but I'd like them to EITHER, provide documentation of the law stating they must continue to charge for trash services to vacant homes, OR, refund me the entire payments I have sent them since we vacated our home and no longer used their disposal services, dating back to 08/13/2015, which is FIVE MONTHS' of payments I made to them, in addition to the $73.74, PRIORITY MAIL. I also want an apology.
