When the customer brought the washer for we could fix it didn't have any problemsThe noise is based due to the company the noise is due to the product so there will be no way we could fix it becuase the original company made it to do thatBased on that we won't be able to fix it becuase it is something due to that product.there is nothing wrong with the washer and dryer both work perfectBut if the customer wants a washer with no noise that will be impossible because all washers and dryers make some noiseIf the customer would like for us to change the washer and dryer for them to a differentOne we would be gladly to do that it would have to be the same amount of what it is worth $if the customer chooses a washer worth more than the ones they bough they would have to pay of the difference

There is no exception for the driver to bring the washer and dryer back, our drivers have to sign all the recipes if you denied the product that was deliveredThe washer and dryer listed on Craigslist is a very popular model in our inventory, you can even come to the store and see we have 3-sets of the specific model in our storeSo we will not be able to do anything if the customer does not show us a copy of the recipe with the delivery man signature showing the he did take it backIn out defence how do we know that the customer hasn't already sold the washer and dryer setSo will will not refund any money to the costumer because in the bottom on the recipe it clearly states that there will be no refund or exchange made with the purchase of the washer and dryer

El duke appliances [redacted] bought us a refrigerator and a stove paying for both of them the customer was looking for a dishwasherSince the customer already both the fridge and a stove we decided to give him a dishwasher for freeand we never charged $for it and in the receipt it clearly has prices for the stove and the fridge and the price adds up too $plus $for delivery, there was never a charge for a dishwasher and it doesn't cover the warranty because the costumer didn't even pay for it it was a complimentary gift

I'm sorry but the warranty of El Duke Appliances will only cover days, the warranty is placed on the bottom of the recipes, the warranty only covers repair and exchanges, we are sorry to say we do not refund moneyAnd the month warranty applied to the refrigerator has expired if the product was bought back in mayWe are sorry to inform you but El Duke Appliances has nothing to offer to owner of the refrigerator

After the set was bought, and an attempt to install was made, it was made clear that the electric components were not sutible for the clients's homeSo, she proceeded to ask for a refund, but we do not give refundsIn the statement from the customer, it was said that the front worker "spoke terrible English"But, if one could read English proficiently they would be able to note the company's terms and conditions at the bottom of the receiptHere is the statement at the bottom of our receipt :"EL DUKE APPLIANCES WARRANTY AND POLICY: day warranty includes parts and laborNo refunds, No changesThe warranty repairs are performed in the workshopThe warranty is not valid if within days is reviewed by another person outside the business."So according to our policy we do not refund moneyThe client still has the washer and dryer set in their possession, and we suggest that she sells it

I am rejecting this response because:Once again DON'T SUPPORT A BUSINESS THAT IS DISHONEST, UNTRUSTWORTHY, UNSAFE, UNKNOWABLE, AND IGNORANT! I cannot make it more simple then this, It all comes down to integrity, for a business to prosper and continue running your business like this, it will not! I will do my best to tell everyone I know, come into contact with not to frequent a business that could potentially be so very unsafe, as this businessIt was never about the money, we always want to work with small businesses but after going thru all this, we will make sure never trust the word of a business owner.

whenever my employe went out to deliver the stove, he said he plugged in the stove, whenever that happened sparks came out of the outlet, he unplugged it and plugged back in to see if it would happen again, the second time Carlos saw nothing happened so he though everything was good, but as we saw
here at the store it was a bad outlet because it not only melted the cable it melted the internal computer, this showing it was a problem at there housewhen *** purchased the stove we told her everything is tested before it goes out too the showroom, so it left the store working and this is a USED appliance store we don't sell brand-new appliances at the store, maybe it was a misunderstanding with *** and ht sales personBut we are going to be generous and EXCHANGE that stove for one of equal value or the same one with two conditions *** has to come to the showroom and pick it out her self and her warranty will be voidedwith the dryer she will have to bring it too us to get it fixed at the store

*** we have recipes showing the part we bought, and if you want you can come to the store and we will take off the part that we replaced from your dryer and you will see the part we boughtYou are just trying to get your money back, and try too get a free part and a free labor

We did replace the part on the dryer whenever we opened it up it had the wires had already been dismembered so we just decided too put them together with electric tape which works the same as the caps for the wiresWhenever he came back he stated "You Didn't fix the dryer, you just bypassed the
cables," but we have recipes showing the part being bought, so it being inside the Dryer it will make the dryer work wellWe were Explaining too *** what we did to the dryer but *** was reluctant too understand that the wires were previously dismembered and we added the part, he just disagreed too what we were explaining too him, due to ***'s inappropriate response to the situation Israel kindly asked *** to live the premisses, as he Felt the behavior displayed made the employees and other clients uncomfortableWe will not refund *** the money because we fixed the dryer and it is working fine

[redacted] Their excuse is inacceptable upon redelivery of the fridge the voltage was checked and in normal working condition as any average home this does not TV excuse the intentional avoiding my calls.  Me and my husband had to go in on saturday 4/23 when he wrote on receipt they would pick up on monday 4/25 and it is now friday and it was never picked up it does not matter if it works in their store the fact is it does not work in our home. We tried to work with them but that is null and void since they never showed I will not wait for a resale for my return and this is a business they should be able to pay back 400 dollars on a warranty refridge if they do not they will be paying court fees because I have also filed a complaint with attorney generals office. I am rejecting this response because:
If I had these appliances in my possession to resell then I obviously wouldn't be asking for a refund. I specifically told the manager on the phone that the deliveryman was returning the washer and dryer to the store. Keeping them in my possession makes no logical sense. Not only would they be of no benefit to me sitting somewhere, but there is no physical space for them anywhere else. The company has not even offered to redeliver the machines even if I did choose to sell them. They have not offered any sort of goods or services in replace to ensure satisfaction. The owner doesn't appear to have a strong recollection of the incident as he keeps referring to me as a female in his response. He also doesn't seem too bright, as the grammar and language in his text messages is a bit off. The manager also does not deny being at fault for his business conning me into a purchase. Denying a refund for returned items is in direct violation of the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA), and I will be stating so in a dispute with my bank.Attached is a photograph of the original dryer that was purchased and a recent screenshot showing the same exact one being advertised on Craigslist, proving that the appliances are still in their possession.

acknowledging that maybe the house does have enough voltage, the fridge is working fine in the work shop located at [redacted]. this stating that there is nothing we could about. In the receipt clearly states in black and white " EL DUKE APPLIANCES WARRANTY AND POLICY: 90 day warranty includes parts and labor. No Refunds, No changes. The warranty repairs are performed in the workshop. The warranty is not valid if within 90 days is reviewed by another person outside this businesses", there fore we are resisting to give the customer her money back, once again the only thing we could be resale the fridge for her and whenever we sale it we will supply her with her money.

we do offer a 90 days warranty parts and labor, but the problem is not with the fridge it is with her voltage in the house. this fridge [GE] is a very old product, and with older products they tend too need more voltage than what the newer houses offer. the fridge [GE] works very well, we showed it...

I am rejecting this response because: DO NOT SUPPORT A BUSINESS THAT IS DISHONEST, UNTRUSTWORTHY, UNSAFE, UNKNOWABLE, AND IGNORANT.  What part did you replace, you could not show me the part you said you replaced or show documentation on the part you so called ordered. You never said you tyed up any wires, you said you order a part but wouldn't be in til the next day. Also then said that you don't replace that part because it was junk -  Went to pick up dryer and all you said was it's fix.  What did I get charged for electric tape? Your receipt shows 1 dryer repair and 30 day warranty part and labor? You child wrote up the receipt and it couldn't even be put what part was replace? What proper business replaces wires with electric tape instead of wire nuts? You do not use electric tape on home electronics especially ones that get extremely hot and will melt off. This is extremely unprofessional where it could potently start an electric fire and burn my house down!  The dryer was never touched before you had your hand in it, no one had worked on it. So you did not replace a part you cut the wires and put electric tape. You could have told me this when I picked up the dryer, you blandly lied and said you replaced a part and you didn't.  This all comes down it honesty, when a customer comes in and expects you to say what you are going to do, you trust that they are not going to do you wrong.

was bought back in may. We are sorry to inform you but El Duke Appliances has nothing to offer to owner of the refrigerator.
