A laptop was brought in due to virus issues in December John kept it for days, I picked it up to load a program on it It would not load due to viruses I then brought it somewhere else because I then needed it done I called him about the problem & requested not a full refund which would have been $100, but only 50% refund He refused so I paid $plus tax and got nothing
